Our server Skylar was great. She brought our drinks quickly and was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were very good and generously poured. The food on the other hand was average at best. The brisket was stringy (I've always had brisket sliced against the grain, not here) and more like pulled beef. Dry with no smoke flavor at all.... More

Was here in late June with another couple. Service and food were what you would have expected from mass produced bbq chain. Would have given 4 of 5 in June. My wife and I returned tonight. We left disappointed and agreed it will not be our choice passing through here next June. We sat in a booth in the bar... More

Don't ask me why, but I ordered salmon at a rib joint. I have no proof of this, but I don't believe it was cooked to order. It was so dried out it must have been sitting on the grill for hours.

I was staying at a nearby hotel, and had dinner here. The place was not busy, so I was seated promptly, and a drink was delivered and order taken quickly. Ribs with a side of corn were delivered within 3 minutes of placing my order; fries were to be delivered shortly, which ended up being 5 minutes later. The side... More

I've usually had good experiences here, but the last time the food was only alright and the service was awful. The French fries were cold, the baby back ribs were mostly fat and the loaded baked potato looked like it was prepared 8 hours ago. Our waiter seemed annoyed to be working and made multiple snarky remarks about the fact... More

Nick was a great companion as a bartender when guiding a non knowing customer in his needs to settle and consume the best food in the house. Very good value for your money in quality food, service and feeling.

Served by Nikki on a busy Mother's Day. Service was good, no complaints. Food was delicious...great burgers! Reasonable pricing . Large diningroom and there was no wait for a table. Althouh service was good, it looked light on staffing throughout. Would go back next visit to PA.

I have eaten at Smokey Bones restaurants around the county and for the most part they are several steps above average on the bbq, but other dishes are often less than stellar. This location is par for the course. The dry rubbed wings were very well cooked and the seasoning was solid. Of the two orders of pork loin one... More

When the highlight of the dinner in a BBQ place is the steamed broccoli and the ice in the ice tea, you know that you are in a place that will never see you again. BBQ chicken was cold, tasteless, dry as a bone and small as a quail. Slow cooked stew was extremely sweet and came after the chicken.... More
