Lorie's Wildridge Restaurant has outstanding food. You get a lot of food no matter what you order, It is a nice family restaurant and hosts a lot of family celebration dinners. When it,s a Thursday at 12:30 and you have to wait for a table, you know the place is popular. It's popular for a reason, the food is exceptional! Everybody in our party enjoyed their meal. Visited for lunch with my wife. Decor is great, service was good too food is ok. Started with cup of chili and wife had the bean soup. Both were very hot, which is good and that's best part. Both were very bland and uninspired. While...not bad little to no seasoning and pretty much had no flavor either way. I had hot meatloaf sandwich, which again wasn't bad just little flavor. Homemade mashed potatoes a plus but flavorless and gravy probably premade and also flavorless. Wife had fish sandwich which she was satisfied with along with housemade chips which were good. Overall for 30 bucks for lunch I'd expect more flavor and passion in food which you'd expect from this type of establishment.More

This was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. It came out so fast, you just know it's all microwaved, frozen, and canned. I had supposedly house smoked rib tips with BBQ sauce. They were tough and overcooked and had too...much really sweet sauce. The waitress admitted the horrible German potato salad was canned. Even the "homemade" dressing looked like it fell out of a can.My boyfriend had potroast which was slightly better but also microwaved and with canned gravy. The baked sweet potato was overdone and bitter.The best things were the bread and cinnamon butter.More

A friend and I had breakfast at Lorie's Wildridge Restaurant and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is fun and interesting, with lovely pictures, many for sale and hunting trophies on the walls. We both had one of the specials, "Gramma's Cinnamon French Toast."...It was delicious, accompanied by sausage for me, and bacon for her. Our server was very nice and attentive, keeping my coffee cup and my friend's tea carafe filled. I would definitely return to Lorie's when in Erie.More
