You will not believe how good the food is at Pop's. They're an outstanding restaurant and they're right off of 78. It's also a gas station. PLUS it's also a bar where you can get a beer. You can get a growler, a pint poured...right there or pick from the fridge full of microbrews in the back. The place is fantastic. I love the burgers, best I've had hands down. The fries are great. The salads are outstanding, the turkey sandwich is off the hook, and the Italian beef is as good as any you'd get in Chicago. Honestly, a very big and very pleasant surprise. Gotta love Pop's. One warning, they get busy, so if you're not greeted with a smile, don't take it personal. They're usually working overtime hard to not only make the food (they roast the turkey fresh, make the burgers and cut the fries) but to cook it and then to check put both restaurant and gas customers. So get on over to Pop's and fill your belly and your tank!More

I ate here a little over two years ago and at that time the food was good but the service was not. They have a huge electronic billboard overlooking the highway that says Best Burgers Period. My wife was hungry for a burger so we...went here. They remodeled the place somewhat plus they have a large selection of draft and bottled beer. The place was clean, the service was very helpful and friendly, and the burgers were really, really good. The prices were a little higher than I had expected but the portions were large.More

Driving up and down 78 a couple of times a month passing the digital "Pop's" sign I always thought that I should stop in and check it out. When I read the sign and it said, "Best burgers, period", I knew I would be checking...it out. Today was that day and I'm glad I did. Yes, it's located at a gas station and yes it is part of the convenience store but don't let that stop you from going in and trying one of the many variety of burgers and sandwiches and a cold drink from one of their 12 taps. My wife and I had burgers and they were great. I had the steakhouse burger, with the Peter Luger steak sauce and my wife had a cheese burger. We chose not to order the fries or soft drink and went with a couple of beers. A very nice selection of beers on tap as well as bottles and it looked like they had 6 packs to go. We sat at a table but there is a bar with seating as well which looked comfortable. It's not a big place and it shares space with a gas station convenience store but you would be making a mistake using that as an excuse not to stop in. The burgers were very good, the beers cold and the price was right. We are going back and bringing a couple of friends with us.More

On a road trip with another couple, I woke up in the backseat to the announcement that we were stopping at Pop’s for lunch. With no idea of what to expect, we are all surprised when we pulled into a gas station. Do not let...that deter you. Open the door and a whole other world awaits. Pop’s has probably a dozen beer taps and a menu that inspires. The burgers and fries are ridiculously high quality. We split the fontina burger with scrumptious fries and a few beers. Our friends had a vanilla milkshake which they said was a “real milkshake”. Pop’s is crazy good and it’s right off the highway. One of those ‘you gotta go here” places.More

Tasty sandwiches Especially the Italian Pork with shaved provolone and roasted peppers. Cheesesteak sandwiches are also terrific. Down to earth place. Great assortment of beers.

Was taking care of some business in the area, and looking for a straight up burger, fries, and shake. Google maps took me to Pop's, and I was one happy camper. The place is nondescript, with maybe 10 tables. You order and the counter and...they cook their burgers to order. I had a bacon cheeseburger that was spot on, tasty, juicy, and just messy enough! The fries were excellent, and way too big an order to finish in one sitting, at least for me these days. They reheated well at home later. The chocolate shake was delicious, but could have been a tad thicker. Nothing to complain about, just wanted to mention it. The place is no secret, there was a steady stream of customers early on a Saturday afternoon. Highly recommended. I'm back in Easton once in a while, I'll make it a point to stop in when there.More

In colonial times a stagecoach stop at a tavern meant you watered and rested your horses, got something to eat, ale to drink and sometimes a room for the night. Pops seems like one direct link to those bygone days. You can gas your car,...buy some groceries eat a meal and drink some great beer.More

After leaving the nearby shooting this afternoon, I decided to stop in for a cheeseburger and coke. Great typical cheeseburger, chips and Coke...can't really say much other than it was delicious with the right amount of lettuce and tomato in a great bun. I wonder...if they have milkshakes?More
