We order there all the time. We have their food mostly delivered because of the pandemic. We do our best to support local small businesses especially in this time. You think they would do their best to keep those who support them through this rough...time happy. I used to tell everyone about them now I’m embarrassed to even recommend them to a single soul even more embarrassed i used to praise their restaurant. They have fallen off, way off. They don’t seem to care about your complaints or concerns when you contact them about bad service. This is Easton , PA we pride ourselves on our Italian restaurants and mostly the Italian heritage that has come up through this town. But this place is garbage anymore. I highly recommend going somewhere else or ordering from Olive Garden (that’s pretty bad that I would recommend that). If you don’t support those who support you then it’s time to pack it up and move on. Hopefully this review shines some light on those who are willing to waste their money on this once decent place. Bad ownership, horrible attitudes, bad staff, bad leadership as a business owner. Very disappointing and depressing.More

This used to be a great place, food was always good however we stopped going for the following reasons : advertise on menu home made Mozzarella sticks , used to be now they are frozen and hollowed out inside from over frying, menus are dirty...and ripped, the specials that come on a white copier paper are stained, the son helping in the kitchen is ruining the business. Our take out orders lately are missing items. When the older couple comes in to help they not only seem very confused walking In circles not knowing what to do first and the older man walks around with food in his mouth he must have grabbed in the kitchen trying to help in the dinning room. Chef Louie is a great cook but if you can’t get the main floor in order with simple things, like clean menus, proper answering of the phone, orders correct and reservations correct then it’s doomed. I have to agree totally with the last persons review. Come on Lou get some good help to save the place and if your son Hates working there get rid of him.More

After dining here many times before tonight was the last time. When you have celiac disease and specifically say NO pasta and you get pasta anyway with your takeout order and then when you report it and the owner's son doesn't give a crap, that's...a problem! When you answer the phone "hello" twice instead of the restaurant name, that's a problem. When the customer shows up for the new supposedly corrected order neither the owner and/or his son can't be bothered to talk to you, that's a problem. When you take your customers for granted, that's a problem. So Luca's I will end this simply by saying Bye, Felicia!More

We’ve eaten at Luca’s many times since it has opened and have enjoyed having dinner there. While neither of us are huge portion eaters, we have always found things to share to have an enjoyable dinner. On our recent visit we were charged a “plate...charge” for sharing and that had never happened before. Luca’s portions are large and I we’re not looking for food to take home. We are usually on our way somewhere and don’t want to have to carry food with us. I imagine that if I shared my dinner and didn’t say we were splitting it that there might not have been the extra charge. The restaurant could easily avoid doing this by just offering a smaller or half portion. If they want have an entree for $20 and want to charge $12 for a half portion I have no problem with that. But I really dislike seeing a plate charge on my bill. We eat out fairly often and have almost never been hit with a plate charge, even in expensive restaurants. I hope this policy changes. As a customer I feel penalized for eating a normal sized portion.More

Two couples for dinner, and we had a good dinner as usual. We all had different entrees, and everyone thought food was very good. Portions were generous, and we took some home for lunch. We had shared two appys; the Caprese salad was tasty, but...I can’t wait for “real” tomatoes are in season. Our Calamari app was a little chewy, not sure I’d order again. Overall, we had a delightful time and love that we can bring wine to enjoy with our dinner.More

We went here on a Saturday night and it was busy. We had a reservation for four people at 7:00 and our table was ready when we got there. Our waiter was friendly and opened our wine for us. They are BYOB. We started with...an appetizer of Calamari Limoncello, it was a large serving and very tasty. We both ordered the Gusto di Mare it was very good and loaded with seafood. Homemade bread with dipping oil was very good also. We are looking forward to returning again in the near future.More

This restaurant was unremarkable in pretty much every way. The service was acceptable and friendly, the food was OK but not great, and the Atmosphere was dull. O by the way you have to bring your own if you would like to have wine with...dinner. I'd go somewhere else next time periodMore

The food here is always good as is the service. The decor is no frills. Portions are well sized and you will leave here full. BYOB, which is always nice for keeping the cost down.

I felt like they tried. The owners are an older couple, they were nice and they tried but wow they just don't understand restaurant service. We order two apps and a soup to start. One app never showed up and we did not get the...soup either. 4 meals came with salad, only two salads rec'd. 3 kids meals came out together the fourth was 20 min after. 3 adult meals came out together the fourth 20 min after. I mentioned this to the owner and he joked it was great. Huh? The old couple tried to make light of a bad situation. Note the food was good. They need to step up the service. Our waiter mentioned he was a chef also so who knows maybe they were short handed. Unfortunately this is enough to make our group of 8 not to return.More
