From greeting to the end of the dinner it was an excellent experience. The food is outstanding, Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Korma were delicious as was the server’s recommendation of Lasuni Sweet Gobi appetizer. I don’t like spice in my food and the “mild” was perfect. My husband likes a lot of spice tried to medium just to gauge Aman’s level of spice. He will get spicy next time The server provided excellent guidance and recommendations, one basmati rice was enough for us to share, and one order of naan bread as well, with food to bring home. . We’ll also try Tandoori next time but you need to allow 30-40 minutes for its preparation. Next time!

We were a party of four who came here for dinner. We selected this restaurant because they have more vegan options than similar places. Service was good and very friendly. The atmosphere was more upscale than other Indian restaurants in the area, but the prices were higher than they should have been. I say this because the food was essentially the same as the other places, and I have been to at least five others. We are Indian food fans.
We had appetizers, entrees, bread, and rice. Nothing was a standout. However it was nice to see some more variety than the standard curry/aloo gobi fare. Food came out quickly and the naan was very good. I do like that they add a “service charge” to the tab in lieu of a tip, so the servers don’t get stiffed.
Parking in Easton is always a problem, but the parking garage works if you don’t mind a short walk.

Thank you Marilyn for your kind words. We really appreciate it as it helps us stay motivated to do our best. Our pricing is higher due to the talent and other fixed overhead costs that we have that are beyond our control. We take so much pride in not taking shortcuts when making our food and this is another reason why it costs a little more. Nevertheless thank you so much for dining with us. We really appreciate it.

We had such a wonderful time here tonight! It was our first "outing" since March and we were desperately needing a date night. The food was the BEST Indian food I've had. You can tell this food is made mostly from scratch/to order. It tastes fresh and the flavors do not disappoint. I didn't do enough research in advance to discover it's BYO, but Easton Public Market is right across the street so you can pop over for a bottle of wine before your dinner if you must. The staff was masked, clean, respectful and kind (and we watched them scrupulously clean tables after guests' departures). Their menus were available as one use throwaways or via mobile (which was clear and easy to read) and the payment process was fast, minimal contact. An 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill when our check was brought (but they post that information clearly on their menus on their website and in restaurant) citing a living wage for their staff. All in all, we ordered the vegetable samosas (again, best I've ever had), chicken kalimirch, chicken tikka masala, a side of basmati rice, garlic naan, and raita. For dessert, we got the gulab jamun. I can't speak to how stellar the food really was. All that plus a mango lissi, a coffee, and turmeric milk brought us shy of $110. Again, that was including the tip if we left it at 18%. All in all, it was very much worth it considering we were supporting a local, family owned business during such a trying time as well as being incredible and delicious. Can't recommend enough!

First of all if you are sitting near the front door you get a blast of cold air every time someone enters or leaves-very uncomfortable. They charge for rice that usually comes with the entree at most other Indian restaurants. They add an 18% service charge(gratuity) to the bill. We are generous tippers but we like to decide the amount we leave. We were there with two other couples and they felt the same. None of us will be returning. Food was ok-not outstanding.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We apologize for the cold air. We are a new business and we are working with the historic commision to get a winter vestibule made. Unfortunately it takes a long time. As for our policies, yes we charge for rice since we do not hide the cost in the entrees as most indian restaurants do. By doing so, we ensure there is no waste as over 50% of our customers do not eat rice. And finally our gratuity ensures we are able to give our staff a living wage. Hope this helps clarify our practices. Thank you again for dining with us. God bless you.

We have been eating at Aman's since it opened at its 248 location and now followed them to their new upscale location in downtown Easton. We have never been disappointed--not in the food and not in the service. This family owned business is warm and welcoming and makes you feel special and like family. The food is delicious. I've even learned to love okra. My favorites are the spinach dishes, the cabbage is to die for, and the string beans are yummy. My most favorite thing to do is smother the tandoori chicken in the tikka masala sauce. Heaven. Then I finish with dessert and cups of excellent chai. Looking forward to my next meal.

A fan since they were at their previous location on the Rt 248 the new space is lovely and the food is spot on. They are part of the highest end of the dinning arena in location and price. Located downtown Easton next to Maxims and across the street from Oak their prices reflect the huge investment in renovations as they are the most expensive priced Indian food in the Valley. In addition to that the basic basmati rice is not included with any main dishes and like many staples is this is now considered ala cart. If you're looking for a top notch Indian and a BYO this is a fine choice. Great staff and consistently delicious food.

Not bad enough to send back, but bad enough to never come back. We don't mean to rain on anyone's parade, but this Indian restaurant should be avoided. Extremely noisy, none of five different menu items were better than a "C," way overpriced, slow service and a mandatory 20%-25% service charge added. Even the basmati rice side dish typically included with an entreé was an extra charge. Very disappointing.

Thank you Sir for your review. We respectfully disagree with your assessment of our restaurant. We have served thousands of patrons and they have all said we have very delicious food and great service. We know our team works hard and delivers a great product. We have been in the industry long enough to know when we don't deliver. You came on a day our restaurant was blessed and sold out so it's obvious the food was going to have some delay and I believe you were made aware of this. It is not easy churning out 150 plus entrees in a four period. It requires tremendous talent and precision. Yes we charge for rice because contrary to popular practices, rice is not served with our food. We are North Indian Punjabi and even in the state of Punjab, rice is not a default. You can pair any dish with several of our Naans, Rotis and or Rice dishes that is why we choose to let our customers decide as opposed to telling them how to order. Hope this clarifies. Thank you

Aman's is fantastic. We returned to this gem of a restaurant for a second trip after spending several weeks talking about the food from our first visit. The food is great...lots of choices and everything is made to order, so it's hot and fresh. The service was great, and the owners stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was good, and to tell us about their dishes. The restaurant itself is in a beautiful space and is spotless.
The prices are very reasonable, and it's BYOB, which saves money on drinks as well. I also love that they add 25% to the bill to ensure that their servers can make a living wage. I only wish that I had an easier way to add more of a tip.
Several reviews call out the extra charge for rice and long wait times for food, both of which are clearly called out on the menu. Everything is worth the wait.
We will absolutely be back.

I'll give Aman's the vibe at their restaurant. Well thought out. But a few colored lights on the walls and a nice atmosphere do not make up for the fact we waited for almost 2 hours for our food! Vibe is the only thing they have going for them. Our server barely checked on us throughout that period; probably because they automatically add 20% to every bill no matter what, regardless of party size. She knew she didn't have to work at all to make a tip, so why would she go out of her way? I've eaten at plenty of Indian places before, and the food was no better than any of the other places in the area you can get great food at, for half the price and half the time. We could have literally sat down, ordered and eaten at 2 different restaurants in the time it took us to sit down and eat at Aman's. Not worth it. I would recommend Nawab in Bethlehem over this place any day.

My wife and I came here on our three year anniversary. We’ve dined out here several times, and each time has exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t leave here again without writing a review. First, the cleanliness, everything was top notch from the dining tables, floor, and bathrooms. The service was outstanding. Our waiter right away congratulated us on our anniversary and helped us out on ordering our dinner. I told him I like spicy so he recommended either the lamb or chicken Kalimirch. I had the Chicken which was out of this world. It was the best Indian food I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back to try the lamb as well. We’ve both been to several Indian restaurants and this is by far the best.

Went to Aman's for the first time and they did not disappoint! From the minute we opened the door the experience began; the ambiance was beautiful..the smells delectable..and the staff so very friendly and welcoming. We had the pleasure of being waited on by one of the owners who was so patient and personable. He walked us through the menu and made recommendations that were spot on. One of the other owners also stopped by to check on our experience and chatted about our selections. They genuinely wanted to make sure the food was being enjoyed and I appreciated the touch. Hats off to this family for focusing on amazing food and a family feel to create a wonderful atmosphere. We tried several dishes and I must say the Lashuni Sweet Gobi, Garlic Naan, and Butterchicken were amazing. If you like to support local family businesses and enjoy quality food experiences..Aman's is the place for you. We will definetly be back! #keepcalmandcurryon (love their catch phrade)

We had such a wonderful experience at Aman's last night. The food was delicious, the atmosphere convivial, and the service excellent. Our server, Aneel, took great care of us and was both gracious and knowledgeable about every dish we asked him about. We ranged in ages from 10-78, and everyone had a great time. To cap it off, my mother's birthday was remembered and commemorated with a lovely dessert presentation with "Happy Birthday" written across in mango sauce. We are definitely coming back!

The food was very good. We ordered 4 entrees - three mild; one medium. Medium is pretty "hot". I was surprised that rice was not included with entrees and was an extra charge. Our goat and lamb dishes were very tasty. Our shrimp dish was somewhat bland. Our "medium" chicken was too spicy. I'd hate to taste the "hot" version. The service was adequate, but mediocre, perhaps because the 4 of us were talking most of the time and they didn't want to interrupt us. The prices seemed a little high, but ambiance was nicer than other Indian restaurants I've been in, and Covid has increased prices of almost everything. Look at the menu online if you're concerned about cost. Also, a 20% tip is added to the cheque. For 4, our bill came to a little under $160. It included 1 shared appetizer, 1 shared naan (very good) , 4 entrees, and 2 rice bowls. FYI, Aman's is a BYOB restaurant.

We have now been to Aman's at least six times since we found out about it. Took the entire family for a Mother's Day dinner celebration this week and it was outstanding as usual. My favorite appetizers are the Gobi Manchurian and Vegetable Pakora. They just added a couple of new ones and we tried the Maru Bhajia which one of the owners (Bajeet) described as a comfort food their mom would make when growing up in Kenya. Spicy salsa like sauce really made it perfect.
We shared several main courses (I had the Shrimp Masala), but we also had the Lamb Vindalu, Madras Chicken, Tadka Daal. Don't pass up the Garlic or Bullet Naan as well! They purposely space out the appetizers and main course so you have time to digest the first course and converse. I hate being rushed or having the main course show up right after the appetizers get cleared.
In addition, the service is wonderful. In this day and age when it's difficult to get help, they do a great job of recruiting young servers and help who have a customer service attitude. Great local kids that you feel good about tipping! (Shout out to our server - Xavier). You will also notice that many of the customers are repeats as we have seen several greet the owners with a hug and conversation about family.
Finally, the family has a reputation for giving back to the community. They sponsor blood drives for the local hospitals and do many other things in the community.

Aman's offers exceptional Indian cuisine in a beautifully designed space. From appetizers to entrees, each dish was perfectly executed with consummate attention to detail. The samosas were generous, perfectly spiced, and served with a trio of beautiful, freshly prepared condiments. The butter chicken melted in your mouth with a luscious sauce, and the biriyani was complex, aromatic, and delicious. The meal ended with a wonderfully prepared cup of masala chai. The servers were attentive but not intrusive, and even the owners stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal. An excellent meal in a beautiful environment. Highly recommended.
