A friend wanted to take me somewhere unique for breakfast. Powderbourne fit the bill. Take a little bit of a drive down the Kings Highway from Allentown to a rural spot near Gearyville. Good chance you will see deer, turkeys and maybe a fox on the way. The restaurant is rustic. Service is prompt and friendly. Portions are generous. You... More

The food is definitely 5star, however, it could use a good elbow grease cleaning and freshening up. It's not a place you would take someone for a romantic dinner. It's a gun club after all! 😂 we had the eggs hash browns and bacon. The bacon is the size of a pork chop (not the thickness though) it takes up... More

Although the lunch was good, dining outside is always a problem due to a large amount of bees, fly's etc.

You should know that this is a gun club in case that kind of thing may bother you. It is not fancy and people sit very close. It is always packed for breakfast. They serve lunch but I have never had lunch there. The breakfasts a generous a very good.

The food is good but the place is small and old. The chairs touch the next table and you almost have to sit diagonal and i'm only 5'2 140 lbs. Could use a make over. Service was slow. Food was good but not worth the wait or atmosphere.

We eat breakfast here pretty often, they have the best steak I've had for a breakfast place!!! They serve crepes which my GF loves & their bacon is incredible!!! The wait staff is sometimes a little suspect on service, but they are all very nice!!! Try it sometime!!!

The Powderbourne Gun Club & Restaurant serves freshly prepared, economical meals in a rustic cabin complete with wood-burning stove. It's off the beaten track but worth a visit for its home-style breakfasts, lunches and dinners

We have gone for breakfast but most try lunch one day. The bacon is thick cut and delicious. I also love the scrapple and the sausage gravy. Great place for breakfast and is responsibly priced!

Our favorite place for breakfast. Frenchtoast is a favorite. The bacon is the best Ive ever had and is worth the trip alone. Just dont expect 5 star service.
