Small and a little different for location, since it is on a small hill and near truck parking. Extra large parking area. Food and service is very good, prices are even better.

Mary's is a medium sized diner like restaurant located near the Cando Industrial park on Rte 309 (Hunter Highway) between Mountain Top and Hazleton, PA ( near the I80 junction) It is easily missed as it is a bit hidden from view. It is across the street from a place that has storage sheds on display. The food is delicious,... More

Following the signs for food off I-80 West, we stopped at Mary's Restaurant. It was right off the exit. In a half hour, we sat and had eggs, home fries, toast, coffee, and OJ, used the facilities (which were clean), and got back on the road. It was a nice alternative to the fast food restaurants you usually get on... More

We stayed at local HIX and this was close. It was tucked in behind a truck repair garage with old trucks and other vehicles all around. That should have been my first clue. The greasy finger stains on the pie fridge just by the door should have been the second. The kitchen staff dressed in a ball cap and jeans... More

This used to be my favorite breakfast destination but it has become a total reck! Cold food and my eggs were raw, never again.

My husband and I go here mostly for breakfast. We've gone here for supper a few times. The menu selections and specials are nicely varied and the food is very good. The place is clean and bright and the service is excellent. It's a great pace for couples as well as families.

The staff there are wonderful, everyone is treated nicely. There is no long wait, for you food, And it comes served out and fresh. They check on your beverage quickly, to see if you need a fill up.

Simple and delicious fare like you would expect from a good Family eatery. Breakfast served all day. Daily specials for all meals.

We had gone here many times for breakfast. It was always okay, nothing great, but nothing awful. On our most recent trip, though, it was the perfect storm of everything bad. They opened at 7:00am, we got there at 7:15 and the coffee was ice cold. Which leads me to believe it was the leftover coffee from the previous night.... More
