I was planning a night out for a group and was a little hesitant to book this restaurant based on some of the reviews, but the ambiance was exactly what we wanted, so we were willing to take a chance. We booked a table outside for a party of 8, I had to call that morning and increase it to... More

State street is home to many restaurants and so a good place to find a restaurant. Our inn keeper happened to mention this restaurant so when we saw it we decided to give it a try. All of the outdoor seating was filled so we were seated indoors that was lacking in ambiance. For an appetizer I ordered their cheese... More

The restaurant itself was beautiful and in a great location. Our waitress was working alone, so she can not be blamed for our service. That fault falls on the management. As for the food, small potions for the price but it was delicious. For me it was a one and done kind of trip. I'd first try another restaurant before... More

We decided to go out to dinner on a Saturday night in Doylestown on a lovely almost-summer evening on a whim! (I know, what were we thinking?) After two stops at restaurants that required reservations, we thought we'd try Paganini's. We had been wanting to try it out but never seemed to get around to it -- lucky us, they... More

Outdoor area lovely and recommend sitting outside. This restaurant is perfect for a drink and appetizer. The main menu is limited. There were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens) and ordered lasagne. When the lasagne arrived it just didn't look appetizing. A rather small portion loaded with a watery, orangey, sauce that filled the plate. The lasagne was very... More

My favorite times to go are during the seasons you can sit outside. Beautiful alfresco dining under a shaded leafy vine veranda with a working fountain and lots of good people watching. For lunch, I usually get the perfectly cooked salmon with a fresh salad(for me...all sauce and dressing on the side please) The sauces for the salmon and salad... More

Two people for lunch $63. 2 salads, 2 pasta dishes,2 iced teas. Overpriced !!!! The pasta dishes had sliced chicken, if you could find it. The one salad had a small piece of mozzarella with 5 small slices of under ripe tomatoes. Cute place, really wanted to like it. We did like our waitress Christie.

We have been dining at this favorite since we moved to Doylestown in 1978. Special pasta dishes are available on different days of the week and our favorite is Saturday. We usually order insalate de funghi and the tagliatelle fruta de mar or the pasta .graminia, and a nice bottle of Chianti Classico. Hot bread dipped in olive oil table... More

I have eaten lunch here on three different occasions and each time I was seated in the outside section which really adds to the overall experience of this place. The tree branches, white lights, small tables, and views of the passing traffic and in-town activities create a great environment for spending a relaxing afternoon with friends. The restaurant serves olives... More

They serve bread by the piece, not by the basket. I asked for extra bread, and was told I couldn't have any "Until they were sure they had enough bread for everyone else in the restaurant." (ACTUAL QUOTE) We wanted to sit in the outside garden, no one was there, told it was completely reserved. However, by the time we finished... More
