Drunken Brooklyn Pizza a Must-Eat

My family has only had a few of their menu items because we can't get past the Drunken Brooklyn Pizza. It's been a staple in our household since we discovered it a decade ago. Although the other menu items were definitely above-average, we've only eaten there on a few occasions because it is a little noisy, disorganized and overcrowded. A lot of the tables are along the wall as you may end up eating with a bunch of hungry strangers standing next to you while waiting for their take out Drunken Brooklyn Pies

Their pizza is great. The food is a bargain considering the quality and portion size. Some of the dishes are truly first class such as the escarole and beans with sausage. Sandwiches are delicious. Staff is stable and well-trained. And food is always served hot. I’d like to bring management here from all the disappointing, pretentious restaurants who have eaten at that aren’t half as good.

Went to lunch here on April 22 and they were open for sit-down dining. I can't remember when I last got a meal at a restaurant and ate at the restaurant, but this bistro will always have a warm place in my heart because it was the first meal I ate out after my 2nd vaccine. Oh, yeah, the meal was good, but it wouldn't have mattered. I was just delighted to get this piece of normality restored.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Worst dining experience I have ever had in my 66 years on planet Earth. Waitress was the worst, non-caring, non-serving, rude person I have ever encountered in a 'restaurant'. Bada Bing sandwich worst steak sandwich ever experienced. One bite of this sandwich almost made me throw up. Other food ordered for grandchildren and grandmother caused stomach upset. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Good pizza is hard to find in SE VA so we were delighted to find Bacco on trip to visit fam. First time so we tried their pizza & it was top notch! Great tomato sauce on thin crust. Generous toppings. Fast service & nice atmosphere. BYOB

BEST PIZZA IN THE AREA

Been going here for many years. It's a go-to place for great pizza. Sauces, crusts, toppings are all top drawer. Our server, Dariela was terrific too. We'll be back soon.

Golden Customer Service

I ordered on line from Bacco Bistro because my friend finished his last round of Chemo and I wanted to send his family dinner and not compromise his health. When I completed the order it said they lived outside the delivery range BUT JACQUE who works for Bacco Bistro took it upon himself to deliver the food personally as he understood what this family was experiencing from personal experience. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE that is golden in a time customer service is at an all time low. I will certainly recommend this restaurant to as many as I can moving forward. I am so grateful during this time season of Thanksgiving

The End of a Relationship

Since this restaurant opened, my wife and I have been regulars. But, the service has gotten worse. Not long ago, I had to leave my seat to approach the register and ask where the food was. Yesterday, the same thing happened. It was apparent there was no supervision and ample goofing off or phone watching. I said I was leaving and wanted the check. I was charged for the one thing served, a salad. We left and bought take out because we were hungry. This is the second and last time this happened.

GREAT Italian-American

I wanted to show my west-coast husband a bit of my childhood in Bucks County and simply happened upon Bacco. I knew immediately it would be just the place for Italian. It’s high energy and crowded, noisy and simply fun. The cooks, hosts and servers are really hustling. Their one goal is to get you to a table and get you fed. If you want a restaurant with good to great service, this is not for you. If you want truly great Italian-American food - don’t hesitate. You will have to wait for a table, but we met nice people in line. One of your party can go next door for a bottle of wine, while you enjoy the ambience. Months later I am still dreaming of the pasta and salads that took me back to my childhood in the suburbs of Philly.

Food is good, service is awful

Father's Day dinner was screwed up because of awful service. Waitress turned over the sauce from asparagus rollatini on my silk dress. Said "sorry" and that's was it... Not even cleaned table and changed the glass of water full of sauce.T. While wiping out dress and table noticed the floor under the table was dirty , pieces of food, etc.

Really good Italian

Bacco is a laid-back and family-friendly combo of take-out and sit-down service. The food is hearty, very tasty, and high quality. A great value for the price. I often meet friends there for a casual lunch. Superb pizza - whole or by the slice. The best thing, however, is the extraordinary customer service. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, and every time I've visited (many), the manager has always stopped by to check that everything's good. You can tell the staff enjoys working there, and they're proud of their food. I am, too.

Best Pizza EVER!

I love pizza and need to have just the right amount of sauce (not to much), the right toppings (I like pepperoni) and a crust that doesn't overwhelm the toppings. I have never tried any of the other food but watching the appetizers going by, they look like they are huge and could feed more than one person.

Dinner during restaurant week

My gnocchi were light an delicious. My husband’s lasagna needed more cheese. The couple we were with both had veal parmigiana and could have used a chain saw to cut it. The waiter lost my husband’s credit card momentarily but the owner found it. You can’t make reservations unless there’s six or more people. Why???

Disappointed

About a 1/2 hour before we were seated. Waited an hour for food to appear after being seated. Garlic bread burnt. Food was just not as tasty as I remember from past experiences. Sauce on ravioli had an off flavor. Waitress was apologetic, but did not seem very concerned. Line is always long to be seated so there must be some redeeming qualities.
