This was my first time to this restaurant / bar which is a classic local area smoking bar off the beaten path but close enough to the fairgrounds. They are open seven days a week however they do not open for lunch during the week....They have piped in cover music of popular songs and two pool tables in a separate large room off the winding bar which seats about 18. Package goods are available. What I Liked: - It was not a seedy place inside - The cheesesteak sandwich was excellent which caught be me surprise. The diced onions and peppers worked very well with the tender, juicy meat. - The potato wedges were very hearty and enjoyable, crisp - The wings were a variety of mixed sizes but overall average or larger. They were very crisp, juicy and the hot sauce was very hot but not over the top hot. I worked up a nice sweat from it. - It is a family run business, even the granddaughter was there lending support What I Did Not Like: - The large dining room was dark, so I had to sit at the bar - It is a smoking bar. I had a smoker on my left and right at the bar. At least when I started to eat one guy asked if I minded if he smoked. Like I was going to tell him yes. - They served the cheesesteak sandwich before the wings. The owner seemed to be off his game, nice enough guy though - There were a couple obnoxious drunks dropping F-Bombs and other vulgarities. Not a place for the kiddies! - A lot of items on the menu were crossed off - They were all out of celery for the wings - They charged extra for sauce and the tossing of the sauce on the wings - Even though not crossed off, they were out of hamburgers My Wing Tut rating is 7.7/10 Wingyptians, landing this place at the #6 spot on the list of 30 restaurants I have had wings at in the Carlisle area since February 2019. My overall rating placed this restaurant at #45 of the 91 restaurants I have eaten at in the Carlisle area since February 2019.More

Great food and very friendly service. Love that you can smoke , eat and drink at a bar. Close to the Carlisle fairgrounds too , you can walk there from the show.

I walked in here, sat down and literally had to walk back out, there were large women with clothes on that were probably my size ( i am a size one, they were a size 20). i was disgusted immediately by the gross greasy crowd,...and yelling. bartenders didnt even tell them to be quiet, its like an anything goes bar. I didnt even order a drink my girlfriend and I walked out before the bartender came over! Im not a snobby person, but this place was built for trash.More

I really have a hard time referring to this place as a restaurant. Anywhere that you can smoke while eating is atrocious. This is really more of a dive bar (strong emphasis on dive, considering your drinks come in plastic cups). If the night is...heading there, I usually head home early. Avoid if possible.More

If you are looking for a good "hang out" with no frills this is the place. Crowd is mostly late 20s, early 30s, but all ages can be found, getting down to top 40s, hip hop, and "some country" earlier in the night. if you...get there after 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays it can get crowded. Over all a good place if you want to go out to dance and hang out. The only down side is that the bar can get somewhat smokey! Thats the reason for only 3 stars on the atmosphere. They have "smoke eaters" on the ceiling but none are ever on. Food is the typical greasy bar food. But for the money its not bad. Not good either, but not bad if you have no other options.More

Great food and great service, but know ahead of time that they do have an exception to PA law that allows smoking at this bar. If you can get past the smoking, which is not bad at all, then you'll love the food and atmoshpere....Check it out!More
