Had not been here in years but went for dinner on a Monday when many other places were closed. Place was slightly understaffed but food was good and byob helps keep costs down. Most of the other people there were Asian which in my opinion...is a stamp of approval. Had pad Thai with pork belly that was very good and unique. Spring rolls were great. Carlisle is fortunate to have so many great ethnic restaurants!More

Really nice server, clean and cute decorated atmosphere. Amazing curry and fried rice. Very accommodating for gluten free and celiac.

Have been here many times and the Thai food is good. Many of my favorites are the spicy dishes (3 or 4 hot peppers) but I find that I have to ask them to really spice it up to get a zing. So many places...are afraid to really spice up food! This is a BYOB.More

We went out for dinner with another couple who have eaten here several times and were very positive about the prior experiences. For this reason, we are hoping to visit again and see some improvement on the service and food we had this time. Saturday...evening, no reservations needed, since the restaurant was not very busy, and we were seated immediately. In spite of this, other than getting water, we waited a long time for someone to come and take our orders. In fact, another table who were seated much later got service before we did. When someone finally came to take our order, we questioned whether we had the right menus because we had menus clearly labeled "Lunch," even though it was dinnertime. Nonetheless, we ordered, and asked for wine glasses (the restaurant is BYOB), and didn't receive them. Eventually, the server brought beer glasses, and we had to go up to a different employee and get wine glasses (and even then didn't get the number requested). Then, a good ten minutes later, our server came back and informed us that they didn't have the ingredient necessary for one of the ordered dishes (mine), and asked me to select something else. Sometime later than that, a different server came out and asked the same questions, so obviously something was not being properly communicated between the front of the house and the kitchen. When our food finally arrived, two of the dishes were okay initially, and the other two were not right. Mine was excessively salty, and the other was also very salty but just on the edge of being edible. I sent back my dish and declined to order another entrée since, clearly, there were problems in the kitchen that night. A different server ended up taking care of our table eventually, who seemed to know what was going on, and took care of us, but generally speaking, the service and food were disappointing. We also placed orders of crispy rolls, which came out in time for me to have a little something to eat after everyone else was done eating. Even these weren't that great. They were soggy and a bit greasy, and the dipping sauce was again very salty. The server we had at the end mentioned that the owner was not there that evening, but that can't possibly explain the complete breakdown in service and cooking. Because our friends have eaten there before without these same issues, we may be willing to try again, but hopefully we will not experience the lapses in service and deficiencies with the food that we experienced with this visit.More

This was my first time to this in town low restaurant. You step down into it from the street level a few feet and quickly realize it is a low budget, lost in the 1970s joint. They have ample seating, a rear entrance and one...TV that plays random photos. They did not serve booze and I did not see anyone bring in a “BYOB” option so maybe it is not allowed. It was not crowded when I arrived but by the time I left around 8:00pm it filled up. It seemed like the crowd was made up of several regulars which is usually a good thing. Either way I was not expecting much of a meal based on the look of the place and assorted “rag-tag” staff. I was wrong to judge this “Thai Look” by its cover. The menu is smaller than I was expecting but adequate. Over a month had passed and the large Valentine’s Day specials page was still there! They also had a featured grilled seafood ad which my waitress said no one orders! So why is it still there my Valentine? I ordered the Chicken Satay appetizer ($8) which had four variable sized small skewers of flat white meat. It was salty, had flavor and was tasty, overall very good. Next was the Tom Tom soup with chicken ($4). It was a large bowl and everything in it tasted fresh. There was plenty of product including strips of white meat chicken. Overall very good. My main course was the Drunken Noodles with seafood ($22). This spicy dish comes with the wide noodles for which I am a fan. Included were sliced scallops. medium shrimp, some odd-looking squid pieces and pieces of salmon. Over all it was a very hardy dish and very good like the other two items! What I did not like was that the soup and chicken sticks were served at the same time and then a few minutes later the entrée. This seems to be a Carlisle thing since it has happened several times in different places over the past month or they want to get rid of the Jersey guy ASAP!More

We are local to the area and just love coming here for dinner. The food is always so fresh, vegetables cooked perfectly, and everything just perfect! We are big fans of the curry - the red, green, and panang are so good! If you're looking...for something other than curry, give the Evil Jungle Princess a try. And don't forget the Tom Yum soup. The only downside is we're always too full that we've never tried any of the desserts.More

The word WOW comes first to mind about the food at this place. Really good, a lot of great Thai flavors and amazing options. I am a vegan, and I had a TON of choices. We both had the fresh spring rolls – really fresh...and nice flavor. We also both had the drunken noodles – I had with Tofu and my wife with chicken – we both loved it totally. I know I said this but the flavors in the drunken noodles were amazing! I really wish we lived closer to this place as I would be there weekly. The people who worked there are very nice and they also have a great tea selection. Only odd part was it was COLD in the place – I get some of that as it was cold out, but would recommend they turn the heat on when its that cold out. We are huge fans and will find a reason to get by there again when we are in the area.More

Service was excellent and the food was good, but not what we expected. I had the coconut soup which was lacking fish sauce and lime flavor. I also had “drunken noodles” and it was bland. It was like they stir fried rice noodles with veggies...but forgot the sauce. My wife had chicken with Thai basil and it was good, but not great. We eat Thai food often and what we had here didn’t measure up to any of the places we have eaten.More
