Expensive small plates

Went with $40 groupon. Byob with $8.00 corkage. Food was fine, but $14.00 for 3 average size ravioli, $12.00 salad, $16.00 small piece of grouper. Even with $10.00 tiramisu, we were still hungry. Waitress was nice and attentive. Nice cozy atmosphere. Basically good food but overpriced.

Last night we had a get together of 12 people at Bados Cucina in McMurray on Washington Road. We wanted a quiet, cozy place for our party so we could hear each other during our dinner. It was not just a dinner. You are paying for the dining experience. As an artist myself I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the service,... More

"Bados Cucina is a great all around restaurant, serving well prepared, tasty food. The menu choices offer a modernized interpretation of basic restaurant fare prepared and presented well. Our service was excellent and most important, we were never rushed. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The ambience is modern industrial which, while very attractive, creates an acoustically live environment. Delish!... More

We visited this restaurant with a Living Social Deal so we had $40 to spend. The food is very good there just isn't enough of it. The service was very friendly and good and the atmosphere was pleasant with jazz playing in the background. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. The Lasagna was good, not real meaty. My wife's... More

One of my and my wife's favorite places to go for a special dinner. It's small plates, with several courses offered. You don't have to order every course, but the offerings are so tempting, it's hard not to indulge. Especially delicious are the (deconstructed) Caesar salad made with wood fired romaine, pork tenderloin with fig sauce, and any of the... More

The food was delicious! Cute and cozy atmosphere. Pricey but the food is so well done it's worth it. Bring your own wine and have fun! Great friendly service!

This is a tiny BYOB spot. They serve high quality tapas portions. The food is interesting and tasty.

The food is excellent but there's not enough if it. It's a cozy little restaurant and everything we ate was delicious, but, as we walked out the door, one of the guys said, "that was delicious...now can we go get a pizza?!" I felt bad because I had chosen this restaurant.Tthere were four of us dining and we all ordered... More

BYOB, which is OK, I have always like the food, the Tilapia parchment was my favorite. Service was always friendly.

We go to MANY independently owned byob restaurants, and this is one of our favorites! We have always had great, personable staff and chef, and YES, meals are smaller than mass produced chain establishments, so if you want "American" portions, don't go to a tapas type bistro!
