First time visit for breakfast and won't be the last. Great service and very clean. I had the Cafe Special, two pancakes, two eggs, two sausage and homefries. Off the hook! Great atmosphere inside or out! A hidden gem that's a must stop!

Because First Watch had a long wait time, we went across the street to Camp Hill Café and had a wonderful breakfast! It's so good this oldie is still a goodie! I had the 2 each eggs, pancakes, sausage and home fries after an early...morning Christmas shopping excursion this past week. What a delight!More

I would have never picked this place from the outside, but the inside is cute and busy. Had lunch with a girlfriend and we both got the Greek salad and spanakopita. They made a simple salad so good by not over dressing or under dressing...it. It was flavorful, and bright. But the real star was the spanakopita. Flakey, crispy, chewy, savory, satisfying. Stop in for lunch, it will be busy, and you'll be satisfied!!More

The place offers a limited menu and the food wasn't that good. It looks like an Arthur Treacher's that was turned into this place?? The tables are close together and it feels too LOUD and busy. The servers weren't friendly or attentive. I found the portions...to be small and tasteless. I've only had lunch and tried it 3 times and I gotta say over priced and meh/just ok.More

Great breakfast at a very reasonable price. The place is small, but they do have outside seating as well as inside seating. The wait staff was attentive to our needs and very friendly. The food came out fast and hot. It is a place my...wife and I will stop again when in the area.More

TheTwo of us had a wonderful breakfast outside here at the Camp Hill Café. The wife had the breakfast casserole with the fruit bowl which she said was excellent. I had the crabs Benedict they were very good but the egg was a little overdone...also potatoes seemed a little salty for my liking. Wonderful service will definitely returnMore

This is a small but cozy restaurant with an outdoor eating area. There is a nice range of sandwiches and salads that you are sure to find something to your liking. The veggie wrap is a great choice. There are breaded and fried green beans...in with the other items, giving this wrap a nice crunch! The servings are big. The sandwiches come with potato chips but you can substitute onion rings, fries, or ranch wedges. We usual substitute one of the chips for either fries or the ranch wedges. The serving is so large that I can’t eat it all. The service is quick and the restaurant is clean.More

Lots of good things to choose from. I got the cajun chicken salad. Ingredients were fresh and the ranch dressing was good. This salad came with fried potato wedges that were so hot you could hardly eat them at first - which for me, is...the way it should be. Who likes cold fries? The best part was the selection of accompanying breads I had to choose from-not just white or wheat, but things like honey oat and lemon poppy seed. Yummy and reasonably priced.More

4.5 stars is accurate. Good quality food with some innovations such as optional grilled tomatoes in the hash browns. Nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, appropriate pricing.

I met a friend from my Highmark days here for lunch recently. The Cafe was the same as I remembered. Excellent Greek salad. The lemon poppy bread was wonderful as usual. She lived her sandwich. Good food, good service, moderately priced. In the warmer months...there is a nice patio where you can eat outside. Too cold now!More
