I ordered the scallps with fingerling potatoes and at first I thought the scallops tasted weird because of a seasoning they put on them but they kind of tasted like amonia. It was packed in there and I didn't ask for it to be taken...back, but later I googled why a scallop would taste that way and it said if they taste like amonia, it's because they're going bad. Thank God I didn't get sick. Never going back! UGH.More
This out of towner thoroughly enjoyed! Service was excellent on a busy Sat night! Food was fresh & plentiful for 2 to share. Perfect menu options for all. Drink & menu prices fair. Establishment warm & clean!
This was my first time to this restaurant which caught my eye when I dined at Ever Grain the night before. The entrance (watch the high step!) takes you into the main bar and restaurant area. They feature a two-story ceiling, long bar and a...pizza oven with what appeared to be an upstairs seating area. There were 7-8 people sitting at the bar which is a very attractive.
Their menu is more than ample and heavy on the Italian side which is never a bad thing! There is a nice selection of wine by the bottle and the glass (not generic jug wine).
My order was the SOPPRESSATA ($6.50) appetizer - red wine aged salami, small plate EGGPLANT PARMESAN ($9) - burrata, parmesan and vodka sauce, and the small plate VEAL, BEEF & RICOTTA MEATBALLS - crushed tomatoes with parmesan. My entrée was the CRAB RAVIOLI ($13) - crab, ricotta & cilantro filled, creamy white crab sauce with red bell peppers and red onion.
What I Liked:
- The Soppressata appetizer came with what looked like cut pita bread, stone ground mustard, small pitted olives and very thin salami. It exceeded my expectations except that it was regular salami and not soppressata.
- There were six small meatballs which were firmer rather than soft. Taste was good and worked well with the sauce.
- The eggplant had good flavor
- The crab ravioli (5) while not large were tender and tasty
- The price point for the wine was fair
What I Did Not Like:
- I originally thought the “step up” to the front door was bad but the “step down” was even worse when you left. If you can successfully navigate your way out you then “blinded” with two accent spotlights from both the left and right sides!
- The wood tabletop was sticky
- They provided a bread plate but never brought any bread!
- They substituted regular salami for soppressata which was a disappointment
- The eggplant was on the tough side and the sauce was a little too tart
- I would have liked to see larger meatball. If they made one from two I believe they would have been moister and better overall.

The happy hour is a good value. Food was quickly served and well-prepared. I had the a small Margarita pizza. The outdoor patio is set well back from the road, so it feels like a quiet part setting - - no traffic noise or car...exhaust from the main road.
This restaurant shares the space with a craft brewery so parking may be hard to find at times.More
We are so glad we decided to try this place out. Ample parking, and quick service with a smile for starters. My husband got the Bucatini and I ordered the Margherita pizza. Both were delicious and my husband's Bucatini brought me right back to the...amazing food I had in Italy. For dessert we split the Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake which didn't leave me with that heavy feeling-it was a light cheesecake, which I loved. Will definitely be going back with friends and family,More
service ok, food ok, atmosphere ok. Had Ziti w Salmon in vodka sauce for $14. Pic shows 8" plate it was served on. No bread, no salad came w it. I ate the whole thing which is unusual for me w a pasta dish. It...was edible but nothing exceptional. I doubt I will return. There are too many other restaurants available where the food is great tasting and I leave fully satisfied with leftovers for lunch the next day.More
We eat at Cork & Fork a lot -- mainly sitting at the bar and mainly for lunch. I realized I hadn't written a review, but what prompted me to write was that we almost always get the pizza and it is always made by...the same guy. I finally asked him his name and he said he was Pedro. Anyway, Pedro is the man! The pizzas -- there are eight options --- are thin crust (but not that horrible cracker stuff) and just about right to split two ways for lunch. They are baked in a very hot oven (you can watch) and you can expect a few blackened edges. If you don't want pizza there are multiple options: small plates such as Mediterranean style octopus and eggplant parm; entre sized salads (they should make side salad sized salads but they don't); and various kinds of pasta including my favorite crab ravioli. As noted, we sit at the bar and all the bartenders are great. They prepare a variety of sophisticated mixed drinks such as my favorite the Boulevardier, and there is also a nice fairly priced wine list. Have Pedro make you a pizza!More
Stopped by saturday night for a drink at the bar. service was quick and friendly. the place is a little cold and does not have a cozy feel at all. the pizza oven was putting out food that looked good but we did not eat
