My daughter and I dined here while I was traveling for work. The dining room was very clean and our server was very polite and efficient. My daughter ordered a gyro and I had a cheesesteak. Both of us enjoyed our meal and the view of the courthouse across the street. We will definitely be back if we travel thru... More

Needed a place to stop for lunch, along a long drive through Penn. Found this place on Trip Advisor. Food was very good and staff was friendly and helpful. Had the Pierogis and highly recommend. The salads and specials were very good as was the gyro. A short trip off the highway to a little town seemed lost in time,... More

My husband and I stopped here on our drive from Ohio through Pennsylvania to New York City Brookville is not far off of the interstate and is an interesting little town. The decor is a bit dated and the restaurant is nothing fancy, but it was a perfect stop in a place with character instead of just going to another... More

We stopped off at this little western Pa. town for lunch, on our way home, and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. As soon as we parked, we met someone and asked for a recommendation of a place to eat. He suggested the Courthouse Grille & Pub. It isn't anything very fancy, but the food was plentiful and good, and the staff... More

Stopped by while on a road trip via I80. Seemed overrated to us based on TA reviews. Located in an older downtown building which had some historic character. The wedding soup and Gyro were good. The Fileto Madero entree started with a nice fresh salad but the main event was disappointing. If you stop by, we recommend the basics which... More

Driving to Ohio for family get together. Surrounded by grumbling stomachs I Googled a place in Brookville Pa. Yeah we went to a gem. Good food, make sure you have the grilled veggies, super good. Kudos to you. Home cooking rocks.

We had the grilled veggie basket and it was very, very good. The grilled veggie basket is a dish I would specifically point to as a reason for a return visit to this establishment. My steaks were also very delicious. The service was a bit slower than I expected for a slow night, but we weren't going anywhere. I would... More

Excellent service...my sister and I make the trip every few months just for the Greek food!! However, they also have excellent soups and sandwiches, chili fries with homemade fries and HUGE portions.

While the restaurant decor is nothing remarkable, diners can view the lovely old courthouse across the street. I was a bit surprised to see the very reasonable prices considering the very generous servings. We had the crab cake and the chicken Parmesan, both delicious.

Met great friends from Clarion at this local eatery. Wonderfully surprised by the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of this establishment! Chicken Marsala was probably the best dish, however, the Mediterranean Macaroni and the Hercules burger was terrific also. The large stomboli is enough for 4 people...! Service was good, and the portions were very large. Highly recommend......
