Food is very good and reasonably priced. Be warned that you get a lot of food. If they say it will serve 25...it's more like 40. Especially good were the meatballs, hot sausage (bit spicy), wings and penne with vodka sauce.

We had been told to try this place because of the large quantities of food, price and quality. The three of us were disappointed in the taste of the food. Quantity was large and prices were good. Not sure that we would go back when we are back in the area.

Strong on a good variety of salads, pasta, fish, chicken appetizers. Good service, limited seating mainly for takeout purpose. Very convenient, lots of parking or you can walk to location if working in area. Outside seating as well.

Great take out place in Bridgeville. We ordered the ravioli, cheese calzone and chicken fingers. All very good. The hot stuffed banana peppers were good.... but needed to be stuffed more. The fried shrimp coating was really good....the shrimp was butterflied...I would prefer the shrimp whole. The pies are homemade and DELICIOUS. Overall, a great place with good food.

Armstrongs is a great takeout restaurant with very limited tables. The meals are all good and the service is very good If you call ahead. We like the Reuben sandwiches best.

Armstrong's has been a Pittsburgh fixture for many years, and this"annex" is keeping up the tradition of great food. Although there is some limited seating, you're best bet here is to order ahead, and take out. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here.

We stopped in and decided to eat at their 'counter' instead of take out. Service from the register was very friendly as was it the entire time there. We got MORE food than expected by far and it was Very Good. Glad there was enough to eat later!!

Armstrong's has long been well-known for their wings, and everything else I've had has been just as good. We often pick up lunch, and there's usually enough for lunch the next day or a snack. As the other reviewers said, everything is really fresh - I LOVE their salads! Their wedding soup is always great on a cool day, and... More

I've had takeout from this restaurant several times and ate in the restaurant once or twice, although the seating is limited, but that's what makes it "express." You're not going here for the atmosphere and ambiance, it's delicious and well prepared food - pastas, fresh salads, soups, much more. (Not to imply the interior is not nice or clean, it... More

It's all about the food here. The soups, the sandwiches, and the pastas are so good that I limit myself to one lunch per week or I'd be too big to fit into the place. You've got to try it!
