Had the Buffett / soup was brought to table / yuck corn chowder had no flavor / went to buffet ok but the turkey I wanted was little shreds sitting in whatever so was the roast beef shredded / went to dessert bar broke my...diet for stale hard cookies / nothing special on that dessert bar either . I felt like the food needed flavor and I rarely use extra salt on food . Won’t be back need sliced turkey and beef sliced on bar . Disappointed ☹️ Also. stuffing which I love was just a bowl of bread cubes little seasoning dry / somebody needs to go to Dienners to see how to cook food !! Should have waited an hour over there !More

This place was amazing! Not many buffets are still open and around during covid, but this one sure is! Great food! Good service. Had to wear gloves and a mask while serving your food, so that was good. Overall good experience! Come hungry and you...will not be disappointed!More

We received a free lunch voucher from having issues with our room (ants on beds and bathroom) at the bird in hand family inn. We got the smorgasbord because if we ordered alacarte they were only giving us up to $12.99. However, the smorgasbord is...valued at $19.99. It didn't make any sense to me. However, we had the pleasure of having Linda as our waitress and she was a pleasure to meet. I have never experienced a better waitress of all my years going to restaurants. If you do go, ask to be seated in Linda's section.More

My husband I had lunch at Bird in Hand. First, we felt very safe. Mask, social distancing, and restaurant was exceptionally clean. We ordered from the menu and the food was delicious. Portions were just enough for us. We even had a slice of coconut...cream pie and it was Heavenly. A must try if you're in the area.More

We ate here for breakfast in September 2020. Options are to order off the menu or the buffet. Both are good choices. Buffet visitors must wear their mask and restaurant-provided gloves for each buffet visit. Food was good. Our server was outstanding. She was friendly...and didn't rush us. She refilled beverages without being asked. She was speedy and efficient. By the end of our meal, she felt like an old friend. We commented on how lovely and rare it is to have a server who actually enjoys their job. She made our breakfast something special. The place was very clean and the gift shop on the way out had a lot of handmade, unusual and beautiful gifts. I highly recommend.More

We had dinner at The Bird In Hand Family Restaurant And Smorgasbord this past Wednesday evening and were very pleased. We opted to dine outdoors and did not choose the buffet. Due to COVID the menue is a little limited but with enough choices. We...ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and buttered noodles, excellent!!!. This was the best fried chicken we have had in a long time. All food was served hot, fresh and efficiently. Very recommendable. The food here is always tasty and fresh. Will be back soon as we just moved into this area.More
