I booked our tour group of 20 here for an evening meal this week. Had never used this restaurant, but the better Amish restaurants have closed. While there were a few items that were extremely good (especially the Shrimp Bisque soup), most were very bad...and certainly not good Amish cooking. The vegetables all tasted like they were merely heated in water — absolutely no taste nor r seasoning at all. Breads were ok! Meatloaf was good IF you topped with stewed tomatoes. Mac and cheese was horrible as was bbq beef. Buttered noodles were totally dry and clumped together. Desserts were meh at best — mostly canned puddings with fake whipped cream or pies that missed the mark. For just shy of $30 per person, we will look elsewhere for our future groups.More
