Just read a review that trashed this place. I am not sure we were in the same restaurant. I was there approximately two hours before and found everything excellent. Angry competitor? Disgruntled sort...not sure but our experiences could not have been more opposite.

Right across the street from the Bird-In-Hand market, we found this to be a nice place to eat a quick snack. It is a self service care but offered just enough to fill the hollow spot. We got a nice view to watch the travellers...More

We've Been Here Several Times Over The Years. They Have Bakery Items, All of Them DELICIOUS. They Also Have a Booth in Roots Farmers Market. We Would HIGHLY Reccomend This Place

Tried to be responsible, just got shop-fly pie, Whoopi pies, apple fritters, peanut butter donuts, and iced raisin bread. Unique and delicious. Good thing it’s three hours away!

Stopped In here for lunch. Ordered at a counter then had to wait quite a while for the food to be freshly made. All sandwiches on your choice of handcrafted bread were tasty and they offer either half or whole size option. There are table...More

Really loved this bakery. I had lunch at the cafe, great food. It was nice to have ‘light lunch’ options compared to the many buffet restaurants in the area. The bakery has many options. Very friendly staff.

Don't get me wrong, this place is terrific but I am sure that I gained 5 pounds from the aroma of the fresh baked products. The apple fritters are to die for, but seriously worth it if you have a long ride home.

We stopped here on our way home, to grab some frosted cinnamon raisin bread and sweet rolls. Cinnamon bread? Oh my goodness, soft, tender bread with not too sweet frosting.

Yes, there are quite a few family friendly options. There is seating upstairs in the cafe if you either prefer a/c.
