We stayed at cabins in Benezette and this was one of two places on the main drag to eat. We wound up eating here both nights as the other place is only opens Fri-Sun. The Benezette hotels offers more than just bar food. We had...burgers the first night and prime rib the second night. A great place to grab a bite that's close to everything.More

The Benezette hotel and restaurant are almost a required stop when you come to see the elk. There was a steady line of customers waiting outside each time we drove by so on our last day here we went in. The prices are very reasonable...and the smoked brisket was very tasty. The meatloaf was not good however, being way over spiced with what tasted like rosemary or thyme. The service was very good with waitresses that appear to truly enjoy their jobs.More

We found this little restaurant on S Michael St on right hand side of street before you get to Brusselles St across from the Sheetz station on the corner of Depot St and S. Michael St. called Corner Restaurant. I did not find any listing...on Trip Advisor. I did find a listing on Yelp (I think) for a restaurant that looked like this place but had the address as 202 Chestnut St. This is definitely not Chestnut St. on Yelp listing it is called St. Marys Corner Restaurant. So use the first directions I gave but could possibly be called St Marys Corner Restaurant. Hope you find it.We were there for breakfast. Little crowded . We had to stand and wait for a table. But was worth it. My husband ordered 2 eggs with toast and homefries and sausage patties. I had two eggs and homefries and bacon. We both enjoyed our meals. Generous portions of delicious food, My husband enjoyed his sausage which I think was made there. I am diabetic so I shared my meal with my husband, I think I got 4 pieces of bacon but I could only have one, I gave him my toast as I wanted the home fries. They were delicious. But I could only have a little less than half of what they gave me.which was about 1/2 cup. So they probably gave me about 1 1/4 cup of home fries. But he helped me with that also. Food was wonderful and service was great. We went back the next morning but they were closed. We were disappointed. Waitress said they had been there about 19 yrs. I couldn't understand why there were no reviews for this place on Trip Advisor but I believe the confusion about the location and the address had something to do with this. Also there is another Corner Restaurant called Keystone Corner Restaurant located closeby which can also add to the confusion.More

We stopped in to have an early dinner. There was a 45 minute wait to eat inside. No outside dining which was disappointing during Covid! We tried our first Elk burger and it was very good and reasonably priced. There are not too many other...choices for dinner in this area. Mostly bar food but good, cheap bar food!More

Limited menu and we were there at 3 and was told no brisket until 4 (which is what we wanted) and no baked potatoes even though they were on the limited menu. The ribs were fall-off-the bone good. Mashed potatoes instead of baked potato were...ok. Restaurant was clean and took extra maybe unnecessary precautions because of Covid-19. I would eat here again.More

Arrived a bit after 11 am. Seated promptly. Despite the smoked specials wife enjoyed a pulled pork sandwich with chips while I had the hot Italian sausage with chips. Both were hot and tasty. I also had a Straubs dark ale ( a great choice....The place got quite busy with noon approaching. Some locals and some out-of-towners. Atmosphere pleasant. Servers wore face masks and the booths in particular had plastic partitions atop common seat backs. After a morning seeing several elk, numerous deer and flocks of turkey the lunch made for a nice break before heading home. Would certainly eat there again.More

I was concerned with COVID limitations that we would have trouble finding a place to eat. We decided to go here, no matter what, even if we had to wait. Friday night, and Saturday night, no wait! And the place was busy- and with limited...capacity. (We were only a party of two- larger groups were outside) Our food was just what we were looking for both nights. My husband absolutely loved the smoked wings! I admit, we weren’t sure what we would get with the nachos, but they were some of the best we have had in a long time!! Real melted cheese and colorful chips! Great local wine. I doubt we will ever eat anywhere else in town when we come to visit.More

Not many good food choices in the area. We were staying in a vacation cabin nearby so we did carryout twice. Lunchtime grilled chicken sandwich was excellent. We should have skipped the fried zucchini. They made up for it and more with dinner. Half slab...of smoked ribs were excellent - the meat fell off the bones. Roast turkey was flavorful. Thick slices and more than enough.More

Food was great. Beer choices should be more towards craft and micro . Service was outstanding. Will return if in the area again.

Went for the first time last night. We own a camp nearby and after many years we thought we would give this try. Big mistake. I can get over the paper plates and styrofoam, but not over the poor quality food. The chicken was dry,...the beans came straight out of a can, no seasoning or butter. The roll was so old and hard, it would probably penetrate a windowpane if thrown. And overpriced to boot. We left hungry.More
