It's an old school steakhouse type place. Boring salad bar. Just normal fare. NOT impressed really, was hoping for better

Booked here thinking it would be a classy dinner, used Open Table to reserve and even called restaurant two weeks ahead for table with good ocean view, etc. Made a point of telling them it was anniversary, in other words, special occasion. Showed up in nice cocktail dress (yes, I know the coast is casual but I felt like dressing... More

Wish we could remember the names of our dishes. We can remember the whole experience and we both agreed after 25 years of being married and choosing this restaurant by mistake for our anniversary dinner, it was the best mistake we ever made... We have eaten at The Shadowbrook in Aptos or Capitola (can't remember) California, The Jacksonville INN in... More

Stay there and enjoy the whole enchilada but make sure to have lunch in the bar and say Hi to an unforgettable server, VERA

The food was fantastic! My husband had an incredible prime rib and I had the fresh halibut with peanut sauce. Both excellent! The only reason they lose a star is the dated furnishings. Looks like it's supposed to be upscale, but the tables are old!

My husband and I ate in the lounge both times we stopped here. It was quiet and relaxing with an ocean view. Our server was very friendly. Recommend the clam chowder and the hot crab dip.

When we pulled up I thought, this doesn't look like much. The building is older and the walk thru to the restaurant is like a flashback to the 70's or 80's. But once you walk inside and see the view you begin to be sold. They had a nice selection of choices. But the food is pretty typical. There was... More

We enjoyed our morning meal looking out at the ocean and crashing waves. We had great service and wonderful breakfast entrées. Highly recommend this!

Stopped in here for lunch on our way south to check out the sand dunes and were very impressed by the food, view, and ambiance of this restaurant tucked away in from Hwy 101. But I'm glad we stopped here to eat! They made me the wild salmon BLT without the bacon, using Coho salmon, and it was delicious! Finally... More

One unexpected highlight was an experimental drink called Key Lime something. Our servers, Jenn Wade and Vera Teri couldn't have been more accommodating, too. Their Tuscan salad was not only huge, but fairly priced.
