The service was friendly and the menu is affordable. It was a relaxing and laid back experience. I like that it was open to the public!

During our Thanksgiving week visit to Mt. Hood, we are breakfast here every morning, and lunch once. The food and serivce was outstanding. I couldn't get my kids to agree to eat anywhere else for breakfast. They would have eaten every meal here is we would have let them.

The restuarant has changed hands four times in the past five years. As of November 2013 Rori Klingbeil is the new owner. Her bread is amazing. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. The English muffin was homemade. A first for me. The ham was a thick slice of meat and the eggs seem to float on top smothered in sauce. The... More

We ate breakfast here and when we went to pay our bill, they had a problem running the card (their machine, not my card). They ended up getting it to finally go through, but when I received my statement from the credit card company, it showed a double charge. I know for a fact that we only ate there once.... More

This place used to be called the Blackberry Cafe but seems to be Nader new management as the Wy'east Cafe. We ate breakfast and it was ok. Pretty standard diner food fare. Nothing was impressive but it wasn't subpar either. My only complaint was that the food was served warm, not hot. Service was friendly and it wasn't too pricy.... More

Old-school country diner, friendly service, good food, huge portions, and cheap! Homemade baked goodies like maple bars and a cinnamon bun the size of your head, and of course, pie.

Very cute place, but they are only open until 2pm. They could probably do a great dinner biz as well. Pancakes were fabulous, my scrambled eggs were nicely cooked, my husbands lightly under. The homemade sausage was bit dry. Our server was new and did not realize that there were chef's specials- we overheard another server telling other customers. Coffee... More

What a find in this little town. Great hot fresh food. Whole wheat english muffins, mulit grain toast. Amazing. The omelets are huge and amazing. We will be back.

This is a hidden gem in the forest. We headed out early to the Blackberry Cafe. I had the veggie omelet with rye toast. I was very satisfied and full for hours! Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The Cafe is decorated very nice as well. We were visiting from Florida and when we return to Mt. Hood... More
