We enjoyed our meal here. They have a nice variety of menu items at decent prices. Everyone in our party seemed to enjoy their meal.

We ordered 2 halibut and chips, comes with coleslaw.. We were asked 2 piece or 3 piece. We both ordered 3 piece. It consisted of 1 large average piece then the other large piece was cut in half making it 3 pieces out of the 2 normal pieces and charging us for 3 which is kind of messed up. The... More

Fantastic traditional style milkshakes at reasonable prices. Thick and tasty. Going to this place was like traveling back in time. Loved it!!

Cool historic log building. Home cooking. Down home cooking. Tried the chicken fried steak. Loved it. Chicken and dumpling special was devoured. Wild rice soup had a good base but lacked ... The rice. Service was fast. Server friendly. Learned how to make peach pie better: deep fry it. So good.

I've traveled the 170 mile drive between Portland and Bend perhaps a hundred times over the past ten years. As you can imagine, I've sample just about every restaurant along this beautiful route through the mountains for either breakfast or lunch. The modest Barlow Trail Roadhouse has become my go-to stop along the way. Inside you will find a log-cabin... More

My son and I recently went to this restaurant for dinner after a long hike last Saturday. I ordered the fried chicken dinner and he ordered the chicken fried steak. Both meals were delicious with tons of food! I got a nice glass of Merlot which was smooth. Good portions. Nice rustic log building made it homey and enjoyable. Great... More

Had a burger and a sandwich here for dinner. The service was good, if a bit slow. The food was good, and enough of it. It wasn't awesome, just good.

Just go and have the Mountain Toast. You'll see what I mean. Eat the most delicious french toast you will ever have in a 1920's rustic original Oregon log cabin. Can't be beat.
