We stopped here for lunch while driving to walla walla, the staff was friendly, the food was good and it was a good portion for lunch. The wine was so so, it does get busy here with locals, expect to wait a little, but it's worth it for sure if you are in the area

In for a light dinner, .... Caesars was OK, ....I think the waitress got abducted! We saw her a couple of times during the 45 or so minutes we were there....Another server had to cash us out,,,,

I took my husband out for his birthday and invited several friends to surprise him. It took about 40 minutes for the waitress to take our food order even though it didn't seem very crowded. Then our food sat under the heat lamp in the pass through window for at least 20 minutes and that was after we waited a... More

Typical kind of pub fare and ambiance, but nice option for eating casual in The Dalles. In the downtown corridor, they had live music when we visited.

I love their sweet potato fries and Thai wrap. They have a great choice of ciders. They have family side, pub side and shade covered outside, where pets are welcome and big bowls of water provided. Service has improved

Our server was very nice and accommodating. We had a dog so we sat outside in a slight drizzle and she was still very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the other personnel were in a very big hurry to go home. They literally started stacking chairs around us 1/2 hour before closing, making sure we knew that it would be last... More

This place serves good burgers and other bar food, and has a great beer selection. I'd definitely go back.

We stopped in on a Thursday evening during a quick trip to The Dalles. The salad and burger we ordered were excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and very attentive even though they were fairly busy. We happened to be there during a tap takeover by Alameda Brewing from Portland so we tried some of their excellent... We arrived on a Friday evening around 6:00 pm. The place was busy, but not crowded. Live music, starting at 7:00 pm, was great. The menu had a nice variety. We ordered spinach artichoke dip (excellent), halibut fish and chips (also excellent), and side salads (above average for a side salad) and were very pleased with our selections. The service... After a day of driving we needed a comfortable and casual place to eat a good meal. We stopped here out of the blue -- and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was exceptional. While the menu was primarily bar food, there was a good selection. I'm a fan of fresh halibut and their halibut exceeded my expectations! The folk in... More
