We had a grilled chicken sandwich and a crab melt sandwich. Both very good with a lot of tater tots. Very good quality, fresh and reasonably priced. Good coffee and friendly service. We will be back.

This is a nice little place with a view of the lake. The menu was very good, lots of selections and the food is very good. The service is probably good but it was totally packed when I arrived so the service was slow. I...think under normal times the service is probably very good. They did try, just maxed out.More

First of all the service you get here cannot be beat. My husband ordered fish and chips but was able to substitute a baked potato for the chips, and came with a salad. It was lunchtime, I had a BLT (the bacon was plentiful and...crisp, just how I like it) with fries. I love that they don’t use “bag O’ weeds” for their salads. I love crispy crunchy fresh iceberg lettuce, not that bitter non-crisp stuff that comes in a bag. The portions were large, more than I could eat at one sitting. Located right across from the lake. I would definitely recommend this place.More

Nice view of lake and mountains, outside dining. BEST coffee and food in Sweet Home by far. Good service to boot.

We started with a ton of appetizers and then went on to a whole variety of salads and entrees. We has special orders so, it took a little longer but the staff kept checking on us. Prices are defiantly on par with the other restaurants...in Sweet Home. They have adapted well to the current Pandemic situation and is now my husband's preferred restaurant in town.More

The Point is a local (not so) secret treasure. Homemade bread. The best BLT. Huge, delicious salads. To-die-for house made desserts. Over the top bloody Mary’s. Wonderful people. What’s not to love?! If you are passing by, stop in. Camping nearby? Stop in. Oh, and...no matter how full and happy your tummy is after your meal, order a sweet treat to go.More

My wife and I live in Sweet Home and The Point is our favorite restaurant in this area. We missed going their my birthday and our 46the wedding anniversary due to the Virus. Then mother day came and we checked to see if and when...they were to open on a limited basis. Guess What??. They are doing take out. Wow, we ordered by phone and picked up our order and it was excellent as always. We love this place. Always great food and service. Highly recommend it. Chuck and VernieMore

We were five adults celebrating a birthday. All our meals were excellent. Our waitress, Amanda, went out of her way to make our dinner perfect. She was friendly, and met our every need. The fresh fish, prime rib, filet mignon and pasta dishes were all...delicious.More

We visit The Point Restaurant several times a month. When we have friends or family from out of the area we usually take them there. Our guests are amazed at the quality of food and the view from the restaurant. Mike and his staff really...work hard to make it a fine dining experience, breakfast, lunch, or dinner.More
