I enjoyed the atmosphere though it was a bit noisy.
My meal was excellent (Think it was ribeye) but my daughter really didn't like the mac n cheese and that was not the only less than excited response at the table of 8.
I'd go...again... but others in the party might abstain.More
My wife and I used to go there all the time. But this last time was the last straw. The last 3 times we have ordered to go, there has been something wrong with our order. This is the second time in a row that...when I got home, I had 7, yes 7 fries with my order. Almost $15 dollars for a reuben with fries, and I get 7 fries. Way to look out for the locals. Don't order from their because they will rip you off of your hard earned money.More
Bar and Grill a little outside of Sunriver in Spring River Plaza. Local spot with good food and friendly service. Lots of hunting and fishing trophies on walls. I had fish tacos and they were very good, spicy. Not as expensive as some of the...restaurants in Sunriver Village.More
We had lunch with a party of six seniors on a weekday and had no expectations going in. We were treated to excellent food from a surprisingly wide-ranging menu. Our server was personable and diligent about taking care of us. The wild game trophies on...the walls seemed incongruous to this observer from liberal Northern California, but it was a lesson that classy dining can come in a variety of settings. We would definitely go back.More
Stopped by for lunch on outing. Nice place with outside seating. Had a very tasty grapefruit hazy beer (Sorry. Can't remember brewery) which was excellent. I had the SW chicken wrap with onion rings. Wife had the shrimp and fries with Cole slaw. Brother had...the corned beef Reuben sandwich with fries. Everything was great EXCEPT for the slaw. Too dry as if no dressing mixed in. Just cabbage. Service was great. Really liked this place. Would definitely come back next time in Bend area.More
We had dinner at the other night and the food was great, service was exceptional. Brittany was very personable and sweet. The Reuben sandwich is the best around, and everything else is awesome! Definitely worth visiting.
I absolutely love everything about The Wallow! From the owner to management, employees, customers & the chefs that put out AMAZING food! The Wallow Bar and Grill is a must for my family and friends, give it a try you wont be disappointed!!!
I am not leaving one star due to the quality of our food (we never even got that far).. The star is based on the service (or lack there of).
My husband and I stopped in here after a day of snowshoeing on the mountain...for lunch. As locals, we were hoping to find a new favorite weekend lunch place. We were acknowledge by the bartender when we walked in. We asked if we could sit by the window so we could see our car (our dog was snoozing in there). The bartender seemed annoyed but said that was fine. We sat at a table for over ten minutes We were not greeted by a single server. No menus. No water. Nothing. After the table next to us received their food and then were asked if they needed beverage refills about five minutes later, we left.
There were maybe five tables in the place when we were there. My husband and I both work in customer service and found this to be incredibly disappointing. We won't be back!More

I don't use Facebook so have no ideas what the reviews state. I've been there once more since my first visit and found it the same. The food isn't fabulous, its more pub food. That said, the pricing seems in line with the food. There is ample seating, and it seemed fairly family friendly. Its not worth a destination trip from Bend, but if in the area or in Sunriver its worth a shot if you like just pub food.
