There were 8 of celebrating and there was no problem in the service. The waitress was very attentive to us, friendly and quick. The food here is the very best Italian. I was very happy with what I ordered but next time will be ordering the Ossobuco ! It looked fantastic and my son said it was the best! Their... More

This place has brick fired pizza and makes their own gluten free crust also. The gluten free crust is better than any commercial crust I have had and just as good as my own home made. Great place for pizza, salads, and more.

The food is fresh and fabulous. It is more than just pizza. Lasagna was flavorful and very cheesy. Homemade meatballs, Saltimbocca, and Ossobuco.

This Tratorria was recommended by the front desk clerk at the hotel we stayed for the night. We sat at the bar area which is also where the pizzas were made. It was fun to watch the pizzas lovingly being made. The pizza was very good as were the stuffed mushrooms.

And much, much more than I expected. Set in a ho-hum Big Box shopping strip, Ciao takes you into another world as soon as you enter. A minimalist modern and sophisticated space with curved bar seating and large booths, it doesn't bear any resemblance to its exterior setting -- and that's a very good thing. And, oh the food... Wood-fired... More

Our unexpected arrival in Springfield left us hungry with no info. Found this little gem of Italian cuisine offering brick oven wood fired pizza, fresh pasta dishes and more. Absolutely delicious perfect crust. Staff was great, one little hiccup with a trainee person. Tried new to us Italian beer; great find.

Ordered pizza and soup to take back to my hotel room. The lady could not have been nicer on the phone taking my order and when I showed up, they were very welcoming and provided me with utensils and paper plates to take with me. If I lived closer this would me my go to pizza joint. Great service and... More

One of the better Italian places in Eugene. All of their pastas and ravioli dishes are out of this world.

This restaurant was recommended to me by the front desk of my hotel which was just across the street. The restaurant is impeccably clean and inviting. The menu had lots of great Italian dishes and pizza, but I was there for the best Calzone I have ever eaten! The ingredients were fresh and the Calzone was handmade and baked in... More

Ciao Pizza was designed to offer the experience of an authentic Italian pizzeria. We serve made from scratch pizza, calzone, and pasta, along with appetizers, soups, salads, and desserts. Most menu items are baked in a classic wood and gas fired stone oven. The beverage menu includes an extensive wine seleciton, beet on tap, as well as bottled beer. The desserts are made by Excelsior's award winning pastry chef "Mama" Milka.
