Best place to grab breakfast if you don't mind a quick drive

This is our go to Breakfast place, Basic roadside diner with a bar. Big Hardy large portions for a low price. They also have a really good lunch and dinner menu. Go where the locals go to eat and you'll never be Disappointed!

Best chowder hands down

Best chowder on the west coast, including Alaska. Award winning, no joke. Unassuming little place with great food, fair prices, and friendly service. Do stop in!

Not great after new ownership

We used to go here once a week and loved it. Ever since it changed ownership it is not good. Tried again this week, and had worst experience yet. Clam chowder was cold, husband’s clubhouse was burned, coffee was about 8 hours old, hamburger bun was soggy, and server was so-so. Never had drinks refilled, barely left the bar to check on customers. Very disappointed. Have to find a new local place to frequent

The kids chicken straps were Swanson, Husband and I wanted to split the broasted chicken, it came out a dark colored brown black, maybe, and the thigh was raw. Went two weeks ago and ordered a hamburger and it was burnt on both sides of the hamburger. Thought I’d give another try now burnt chicken and Swanson chicken strips really we will never be back.. the food was gross. They need to get a cook in there that can change the fryer oil and,learn how to cook a hamburger.

Not worth the Money or time

my brother had the prime rib which had been sliced off of what appeared to be a cold rib and then grilled and that dried it out.plus it was only 1 inch thick. I had the logger and it was pan fried to a crisp. burnt and no flavor and tough. the only good meal at our table was my wife's shrimp salad that was just ok . I won't be going back. the waitress was very nice and attentive.

great breakfast & lunch stop

The owners are longtime residents and they are the very best & kindest people....during a major storm and power outage they cooked the food they had on hand and gave it away to people who also had lost their power for a week or more. They are saints in my book and their food is very very good.

Best clam chowder in Seaside Oregon

We stopped into this little unassuming place for dinner. The clam chowder is the best we’ve had in Oregon! I had the Steak and Surf wouldn’t recommend it the steak was tough but the shrimp was good! My husband had the Captains plate and he said it was great! Scallops were tasty and he now has a new love in Halibut. The atmosphere was old and dingy but the food made you forget your surroundings.

About four miles south of Seaside is a small restaurant with good food and excellent service. Prices are reasonable and there's lots of parking.

Enjoyed breakfast. Good menu. Fast, efficient service. Abundant off street parking but can be challenging at times to get on to 101 to go north to Seaside.

Always Great Food

A small descreet restaurant outside of Seaside that simply serves excellent food each and every time! Clam chowder is absolutely delicious, as are all their entrees. Seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection and the Prime Rib Special is also amazing.

Just outside Seaside

About 5 minutes outside of Seaside. Our waitress from Doogers recommended it. It's an older place on Hwy 101. We were to ask for the chicken fried steak since it wasn't on the menu. It was very good. It's your small rustic roadside cafe with great service and character. Nothing fancy, but great food

A few miles north of Cannon Beach on 101, this is an old-style diner with very good food and service. We split a steak for lunch. Would go here again.

Great prices, excellent food and drink.

We have yet to be disappointed (except the time I wanted broasted chicken but their broaster was busted): from salads to prime rib to clam chowder (one of the best on the N. Coast of Or.), to seafood, to great steak and eggs for breakfast. Locals and tourists alike, mostly locals. Prices are below most other dining in the region.

Good breakfast

My husband and I had breakfast this morning and I really enjoyed mine. I got the 2 eggs with bacon and a half order of gravey biscuits. My husband had an omelet. He liked his but I really enjoyed mine. Service was good. Just a nice homey little place.
