Visiting Seaside for the weekend we stopped in for lunch. My husband had the chicken sandwich with fries and I had the smoky burger with fries. You could definitely taste the smoke. I like my burgers well done and they cooked it perfectly. The staff...were very friendly, prompt and checked in with us often but not so often that it's annoying. Our only issue was that is was a really nice day so the patio was full and people had their dogs, which was fine. But the waitress was petting the dog. Now I didn't ask her if she went in and washed her hands before serving food because we already had our food. But I use to work in the service industry and as much as I'd want to pet someones dog I wouldn't because I was working and especially if you're handling peoples food, it just doesn't look good. Customers don't know if you're going inside and washing your hands or not.More

We just stopped in for a beer and after receiving a sample of their clam chowder, I was sold. It was the best we had anywhere in Seaside.

I'm not sure what's happened since the last time we ate here...the portions have shrunk and the prices have increased. Poor customer service including the manager who we talked with regarding the no substations rule. Only restaurant in town that does that. Manager said it...was because it slowed the kitchen down....seriously? We have worked food service and the minute it takes to achieve customer satisfaction is worth it at most restaurants...even if charging a minimal fee. Most places offer a choice of sides but not here. Sadly we won't be back. Luckily there are other excellent options such as Firehouse and Nonnis just next door.More

Stopped in for a quick bite. Stupid COVID forced us to eat in what used to be their parking lot. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich 5/5 with the potato wedges 5/5. Best potato wedges we have ever had. Had their barley wine 4/5.

We always try to visit when staying in Seaside. Their menu is very limited and they have no inside dining due to the pandemic. We will be back.

We enjoyed the house draft stout with a side of onion rings. The beer was excellent. The onion rings were very good, but the $7.00 order was meager.

We only stopped in for beer and a locally made tequila. Glad we did because the people who work there are terrific. We sat outside by the fire and people watched while enjoying beverages. Liked the history of the place.

Absolutely loved the beef brisket sandwich! Melt in your mouth yumminess! The Oceanus Amber Ale was the perfect match. Outside dining was roomy and warm, but we wanted more ambiance and ate inside. Service was fast and pleasant. LOVE the huge shark painting! We will...be returning soon.More

The food was fantastic and the service was great. The staff followed all the guidelines and was very friendly. The meal was more pricey than anticipated but I will eat here again for sure!

My husband and I always eat here when we visit. This time there was limited seating so we were waiting. There was a party of 8 in front of us so they took up 2 tables. There were a couple of extra chairs sitting around...so I grabbed them and sat by the fireplace. I was waiting for @10 minutes when the waiter finally came over and told me that I couldn't sit there because it wasn't 6 feet apart. I was at least 6 feet and then some. He was totally rude to me and didn't apologize or anything. They lost a loyal customer that always spends time and money there. Not going back.More

Pretty pricey but I’m going giving an average on my review because of the poor service! Four of us had lunch on Monday Oct 12...ordered at the counter, bill was $78 and my husband left a tip of $15 for a total of $93. Like...I said, we ordered at the counter, 3 of us had a beer, which was handed to us at the counter and we carried it to our table. Food came pretty fast, but the waiter just brought over a tray with the food and just placed it on our table and left so we more less had to pass out the food. We then had to go back to counter to get my husband’s soda.Waiter never came back once to see if we needed anything else. They actually acted like we hadn’t even given a tip....won’t go back!More

This used to be our favorite place to eat as a family, while in Seaside....we recently went and were absolutely shocked at the new pricing. They said it was due to Covid. They have way more customers because of the new outdoor tents that they...put up, due to Covid. There is no table service, you order at a window and then they call your name on a megaphone to come pick it up. We will find a new place for now and hope they come around.More

Outside seating. Nice staff. Pricey burgers. But you come here for their beers. Excellent soft pretzel with beer cheese. Kids meals are reasonably priced.

They didn't have specific options like GF breads, etc. You can select GF foods like salad w/chicken/fish.
