Okay, I know that many folks don't care for coleslaw, and it's rarely considered the 'star' of a menu, LOL! But if you like it, theirs is truly outstanding. We've eaten here several times in the past year, with our most recent visit in April...2022. The food is consistently very good. We've enjoyed the pastrami sandwich, the grilled cheese with both cheeses (they'll add mushrooms!) , the french dip, and the grand slam (humongous). As others have said, don't expect fancy... or anything remotely like it. This is a locals hangout. It's a bar, so I'm not sure if children are allowed inside. They do have a patio out back if it's not raining. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly. It's located out of the rat-race of busy Seaside, directly on 101 south of town.More

We were in for lunch on a visit to family near this place. When my nephew said they have a Tuna Rueben, I thought it sounded kind of weird. Most of us had to try it. It was very very good. It had a thick...steak of Albacore, kraut, swiss and rye bread. The flavors were really good together. I will have to go again the next time we are up in that neck of the woods.More

They use a grass fed beef for their fresh hand made burgers. Never frozen beef just fresh. Went there 2 weeks ago on a recommendation from a friend. The fries are good to but you can easily split an order between 2 people

This is definitely a hidden gem! Looks like your average coastal tavern but the burgers are THE BEST and the fries are hand cut. Friendly place that is definitely worth the stop.

The Relief Pitcher is a hidden gem off the beaten path. It's a great local bar with outside patio seating. I met some local friends here for dinner and drinks. The recommend item is to the Albacore Tuna Steak sandwich but I got the fish...burger with fries.More

Food is really good, better than you would expect. Our group had the Tuna sandwich, Tuna Rueben, The Grand Slam Burger and the Fish taco. I had the fish taco and it is really a burrito in size. Per recommendation I added Bacon and Jalapeno...and it was a great combo. Excellent Fries. Everything was good and we all cleaned our plates (well, baskets)More

We came after reading reviews and were not disappointed. We ordered the chicken wrap and the tuna taco. Both were huge and more like large toasted burritos. I had the taco with jalapenos and bacon as was recommended by the lovely waitress. Good vibes, good...food, not a bad price and a friendly face. We spent $30 plus a tip for the beer and two mains. Neither of us could finish our meals! Not a spot you visit if you're wanting a super healthy feed, but hits it for flavour and value. Thanks for a great nightMore

Some friends recommended this place so we stopped in for dinner. It's pretty small and a little crowded but everyone seemed fine with sliding around to give you room to sidle by. We ordered the pastrami burger, pastrami reuben, fish sandwich and their big burger...(don't recall the name) and we were all satisfied. Their house cut fries were also well prepared, not limp and greasy like most places that offer them. The Staff was real friendly and attentive even though they were real busy. I can see why this is a local favorite.More

I had read about this place on trip advisor while visiting seaside in the beginning of.july. Based on the reviews, we decided to have dinner here. We programmed the gps and were a little surprised where we ended up. A run down travers that needed...a coat of paint! But we trusted trip advisor and went it. :-) and were so happy we did. We had one of,the best burgers and home made fries ever served by the owner with a smile....and a good story. Definitely worth a visit!More

A very local, hometown sort of place, casual, no pretensions. Nothing to look at from the outside, but cozy and friendly on the inside. Cocktails that surprise you since the place just seems like a beer joint. But the reason to go is the Burgers...and Fries, FABULOUS.More

This place isn't much from the outside and you might miss it on your first drive-by off HWY 101 just before the city limits of Seaside. However, upon recommendation from the owner of my favorite pub in Hillsboro, OR (shout out to The Dugout on...25th Ave), I decided to give it a chance. I was looking for a local friendly, homey sort of place where everyone knows you, and close to my new home. THIS IS IT! Don't judge a book by its cover! The burgers are bomb! The bartenders are kind and welcoming. The locals are friendly, helpful and quick with a great story! And can I just give an extra shout out to the amazing hand cut fries- large portions, perfect texture, as well as the Tuna Taco (more like a huge yummy burrito, heads up) and the Tuna Reuben, really different, but super delicious. Gotta get here! Put this place on your to-do list!More

Never disappointed here. Only place I eat fries; they’re that good. Burgers are great with all the fixings.
