Great drive thru coffee option for early risers who are eager to start exploring the area. Our latte and breve were perfectly sweet and hit the spot. Brew 23 was well staffed, welcoming, and provided great service. We found our new go-to coffee in Seaside!

Great food and atmosphere

I had a carmal white chocolate mocha and croissant with egg and veggies. Breakfast sandwich was great, but the coffee tasted burnt to me, but it was tasty.

Needed something warm

I was looking for something warm to drink before heading back to the hotel and being that it was Halloween the local Starbucks had closed at 6pm (it was 615pm). I found this place on the way back to my hotel. The barista made me a lovely Mexican Hot Chocolate.

Excellent Coffee Place

We've stopped by here the last couple of times we were in Seaside. Extremely friendly staff and nice variety of coffee drinks. Also pretty fast with getting people through the line. Last time I had the Robust German Mocha which was very good!

Definitely my favorite coffee ever. I love the coffee, the merch, the people EVERYTHING. I have hydroflasks, sweatshirts and every time I come through Seaside this is what I look forward too. Keep on with the greatness of this business guys! If I could give you a 10 I would!

Incredibly friendly barista, but the blended coffee "frappe" was just awful

Stopped at Brew 22 and ordered a Vanilla Chai Blended Coffee. Although the server at the window was incredibly friendly and nice, the blended coffee, which the server assured me was just like a frappe, was completely awful. It was blended with no frappe or powder thickening base, so it had no thickness or creaminess to it, very thin, and tasted like pure corn syrup -with no vanilla, espresso, or chai flavors to it at all.
