I stopped into Pacific Pearl Coffee and immediately found my new favorite shop! As a local, I've had time to shop around so believe me when I say, this is the best around! Crafted so carefully, and beautifully, by the talented, expert barista!! 🙏🏼🥰🥰🌸 Everyone...was so happy and the walls are filled with unique, locally created art and jewelry. IT'S SO COOL! There's no place like it I've ever seen! The Jerky Shop, next door, was an excellent stop to get healthy snacks and, my personal favorite, a plethora of different flavors and varieties of honey sticks!! Definitely a must, if you find yourself in this corner of the world. Thanks Dawn and Donna for your, apparent, diligence, and hard work to keep your shops authentic!! ❤More

The owner joked I could have a free muffin if I wrote a review, but I was going to right one anyway. The person who wrote the bad review about being short-changed is almost certainly the same person who made similar claims at two other...stores on that block the same morning. I'm not normally a review person, but the idea that a dishonest person gets to take a second shot didn't sit well. Follows is my 2 cents. I'm local and whenever I walk or bike down to the prom/beach or downtown, I swing by Pacific Pearl for a muffin and something to drink. The owner, Dawn, is friendly and helpful to the tourists & vacationers. The entrance is shared and a bit overshadowed by neighboring businesses, so its easy to walk by. Quite often I'm in the coffee shop at the same time as vacationers who've made Pacific Pearl a part of their daily routine while living on "beach time". For variety's sake, every once in awhile I'll try something random off the coffee menu. So far, for about ~3 years, every time I've done that, that drink has become my new "thing" for the next week or so. I'm not a hardcore coffee aficionado, but the Sleepy Monk brand they use is pretty tasty stuff straight black, let alone backed up with different syrups, powders & whip cream. Is it bad to put in a review that if someone is battling a coffee addiction, Pacific Pearl is definitely not going to help that? lol. The smoothies are very good as well. Some of the vacationers that make Pacific Pearl a daily stop also bring their kids who, in turn, find a smoothie flavor that becomes a "must-have" while they're in Seaside and, in the process, becomes an additional fond vacation memory. Its pretty cool when I've been in the store and kids come back from a previous year and are all excited. "This is that place!!! This is that place!!!" If Dawn's grand-daughter is around and experimenting, it is 100% worth volunteering to beta test whatever is in the mixer. Pacific Pearl is a comfortable place to sit for a half-hour with a drink and just re-charge. There's some pretty cool local art & jewelry on display and for sale. There's wi-fi but I don't know if there's any sort of device charging stations. I haven't had to worry about it, but I think there's enough outlets where people aren't weaving cords behind all the furniture to plug in a laptop. They mostly just have drinks. There's muffins and sometimes local produce, or hummus w/celery or something light like that. I'm pretty sure they aren't doing hot food anymore, though they might still toast bagels. There's some bottled sodas & juices available along with the coffee & tea. Pacific Pearl also sells the hemp/cannabis energy drinks. Anyway, that's my LOCAL 2 cents. There's maybe a dozen small, individually owned coffee shops in Seaside, but Pacific Pearl is, by far, the one I stop at the most often. Hope it balances out what was probably a scammer's review. Regards, MikeMore

Went in there for a hot cocoa, tasted like Carmel. I gave the girl a twenty as that was all I had and she took it and started talking to the woman behind me taking her order. I was handed my change and she didn’t...count it back to me. I felt pushed out so didn’t think about counting change. Got out to the car to go to bagel shop and counted my money. I was ten dollars short so went back in. Was angry because I’m on fixed income and told them I was not given the correct change. She said she would look at it on camera, came back and said we don’t have any twenties only a fifty. Made them count the til and they were four dollars short and had only been open for a short time. I will never go back again. If you go there don’t take cash. When I told her that I knew it was a twenty because I had thirty dollars and spent ten at the Nehalm Bay Winery she rolled her eyes and said “I see that’s why.” I was insulted and ripped off.More

Cute place to grab a coffee or smoothie on your way to the beach. They serve Sleepy Monk Coffee so it always tastes great. I had a peach smoothie that also was great and really redolent of peaches.
