This is a small batch, house made ice cream shop that uses only the best ingredients to produce their ice cream. Worth the wait!

How can you go wrong with ice cream. Their many varieties are served in dish or cone. This place is busy, but that gives you time to decide on a flavor. We went back a couple times while in Seaside!

Zinger's Homemade Ice Cream offers a wide variety of flavors - cup, cone, toppings available. The portions are very generous - ice cream lovers will consider this a meal in itself. On Broadway within walking distance to the beach.

The server was unfriendly to us and when my daughter told him that she was allergic to bananas and nuts, he didn't seem to care but said he would only rinse the ice cream scoop off. Then he rinsed it in the same water that he had used for the homemade ice creams with bananas and nuts. She tried some... More

Our standard procedure is to rinse the scoop in the RUNNING water attached to the dippperwell (similar to rinsing it under running water in the sink). That's what clerks are trained to do - not immerse it in the dipperwell, but to rinse it with the running water (which obviously is not the "same water" that is in the dipperwell).... More

Nailbanger Here Again; Did you say 18% Butterfat. They offer many flavors, buy for me and the wife it is always the White Licorice Ice Cream or the Coconut. The family owned business has Grandpa behind the Glass making the Waffel Cone that are irresistible, once you get a whiff of that its all over. I can only say that this... More

This place had awesome homemade ice cream. They even make their own waffle cones because why would you want to put your delicious homemade ice cream in someone else's waffle cone. Bring cash though because they do not take debit or credit cards. I will go back to try other flavors. Their allergan ingredients were posted so it was easy... More

This is what you yearn for in those store-bought ice cream tubs, but can never quite attain. Go here if yo ugo no where else in Seaside! Great small town - Beach-feel ice cream parlor - 1960s mom & pop place. Just ice cream....(and milkshakes!) Lots of flavors - wish they had more, but it appears from their brochure that... More

After a depressing clam chowder experience we searched high and low for ice cream to fill the void. They have a good selection and one of the servers did a neat experiment guessing which ice cream my friend would choose... Though he failed. The other staff members were friendly. The ice cream was so so.

I was stunned to find that another shop in Seaside was rated the best ice cream on the Oregon coast! Nope, no way, Zinger's is the best and one of the very best in the entire West! To appreciate this ice cream you need to be able to taste subtle flavors and not have taste buds ruined by sweets that... More
