Went to Wild Pair to have lunch with my two daughters and 20 month old grandson this past weekend. They had eaten there before and one of my daughters company in Corvallis Oregon even has them cater their events they're that good. The squash and tomato soup was very yummy and gluten-free! I loved the decor in the older brick... More

The food here is consistently innovative and excellent as is shown by the place always being packed. The only thing that is an issue for me is they used to have a place where they did dinner. Breakfast and lunch is great, but they used to do one of the best dinners in Salem.

I have heard that the Wild Pear is the best restaurant is Salem and people just love their food. Personally, I would rate it as just ok or average. The menu for lunch had limited choices and items were expensive for the small portions we were served.

Try the soup. You will not be disappointed! Seating is kind-of squishy. If you are a person that requires a distinct place for your goup this is not the place to go.

The food is delicious but portions are a little on the small size. You have to pay extra for fries otherwise you get chips. The Phó is massive though. This is a great place for brunch or business lunch.

The Wild Pear, which has a fun back story, is my # 1 "go-to" place when in Salem, OR. Happy Hour, 3:30-6 is more a late lunch, early dinner experience, with a small and reasonably priced menu. The food is good, fresh, and I always enjoy the soups (cup, with bread $3.50). The owners are often present and attentive to... More

We love everything we've ever eaten at the Wild Pear. When friends come to town this is one of the two go-to places we take them.
