A family group of 11 on Father's Day. Luckily, I'd made reservations, because the place was packed. The service staff were friendly & efficient, and the food, as always, was great! Being so busy, the staff handled it like pros, refilling coffees quickly, double checking if we needed anything else, and always with a smile on their faces. Very impressed.

We eat at Sybil's every couple of months. We are always very pleased with the food and the service. The prices are reasonable and it's one of the best breakfast places we have ever been to--definitely a place worth visiting! Yum!!

The place was not full and we were seated right away. The menu is extensive with every kind of omelette you can think of. The actual food is average, nothing special. The service was ok. After we were served it seemed as if we were forgotten. Maybe there is a two cup coffee limit that we didn't know about. I... More

My favoured restaurants and cuisines and chefs are so unique to me that I approach hype about certain kinds of restaurants with great suspicion. Sybil's truly lived up to every good recommendation I've received. The omelettes are enormous and varied; the sides are a little out of the ordinary, but you can choose a couple to trio with your omelette,... More

Good service, good food, and cheap prices. Open early and on weekends. Good spot to stop in for a decent breakfast on a budget.

Went here Sunday for brunch. The food was excellent with a choice of 110 different omelets plus other offerings. The food was very good. Service was excellent. Coffee cup never went empty.. The prices were reasonable. Overall a great experience.

I have visited Sybil's on several occasions for weekend breakfasts. Without a doubt, it offers one of the most extensive omelet menus of any restaurant I have ever encountered. The restaurant is easy to find, not too distant from the State Capital and downtown Salem. Parking is plentiful, and the restaurant is easily accessible from the main roadway. The building... More

Food was ok. patties a little overcooked. pancakes medium sized at best...gravy thin, not a lot of sausage in it. (called in country gravy)..Place was busy and food arrived in the appropriate length of... More

Took two of my grandchildren there for breakfast. As soon as we sat down, a waitress stopped by and asked if we were ready to order. We had just sat down, so no we were not. She said that she would come back after a couple minutes. We sat there for 15 minutes. She never returned, so we finally decided... More

As the name suggests, it is omelettes that reign supreme here. Yes, there are other things on the menu as well, but why not go for the signature selection? There are many varieties available, and they are all SOOO wonderful and accompanied by great potatoes, toast, etc. This is comfort food at its best! Come for breakfast, sleep for a... More
