A group of us went to hub city for after dinner drinks. The security staff has a chip on their shoulder and you have to be part of their click to be there. It’s really a biker bar and a terrible place to go for...date night with your significant other. Many other great places in Redmond instead of hub cityMore

The owner left establishment before we arrived. One person left to bar tend, cook and greet customers. Staff was overwhelmed. Not her fault. Kudos to staff who perservered.

Dropped in for lunch on a Saturday, what you would expect to see in a bar environment; not crowded, table of our choice. Varied menu, soups, salads, burgers sandwiches. Wife chose the steak salad and I chose the steak sandwich. The salad was basic and...the steak was very tender. Steak sandwich was tasty, on a standard hoagie roll, tomato, lettuce, onion, side of good slaw, mayonaise-based with a pinch sweetness. The steak was fresh cooked and cut in about 1/4" strips and really took a long time to prepare. We were in a hurry and probably should have asked how long it was going to take. We were one of only two groups eating so can attribute cooking the steak meat was the reason it took so long. Personally I would have preferred thinly sliced steak meat on the sandwich and salad, it would have been easier to eat. $28 for sandwich and salad, no drinks. I would give this place another try but we are not locals.More

Gumbo? hmmm? More like bean and something?... 2 tiny sausage pieces, fish where?, shrimp, not one? Maybe an off day who knows? Understaffed and slow when there were less than 10 people in the restaurant. A shortened menu and consistency, and better quality would be...good (people willing to pay for good food). Maybe a burger would have been a better choice. They tried but hard to want me to try again so probably won't. Sorry guys.More

Music way too loud, and dingy and dirty. Not impressed. If they toned it down it would be better. We will try once more soon.

We will give it one more try for dinner but both of us not impressed with our lunch. Too much tarter on the fish sandwhich along with the hotness of the cod turned the breading to paste and the au jus for my husbands french...dip tasted sweet. Onion rings were good.More

On our first visit to this relatively new bar and grill in Redmond, we were pleasantly surprised, even though it had a 5 star review on Yelp, but only 12 reviews. Owners are very friendly and gladly answered any and all of our questions about...the menu and the source of their ingredients. We ordered an appetizer of burger sliders and a full menu sandwich: Turkey Avocado Bacon toasted lightly. Both entrees were carefully prepared and tasted great. Though fries were frozen, they were perfectly cooked and served hot. The sliders were $4 on the happy hour menu (3-6pm) and were dressed with fresh coleslaw, a very nice addition. At $6 on the non happy hour appetizer, they would however not be worth it, too small for that price. The sandwich at $10.75 includes fries or tots or coleslaw. It was quite meaty and worth the price. We will definitely return to try other menu items. OBTW they served breakfast from 11-2 on Saturday and Sundays. Menu looks good and very very reasonable. Serviced was outstanding.More
