I wanted to try something new for lunch. Redmond is about midway on our way home. It is hard sometimes which is why I rely on Tripadvisor and once again it was spot on. I read all the reviews and we agreed to try Regios...and we were not disappointed. The place is small and older. Their main food I think is breakfast but we went with the burrito's. OMG they were huge and so good. Matter of fact we took half of it home for dinner. The reviews were right the owners are so nice and welcoming. They have great customer service which is rare anymore.More

This is a small restaurant but don't let looks throw you. The owners are wonderful and the food is amazing. The restaurant is older but extremely clean. I would call this a jewel of a fire d.

Great food that has a major local following. Not only is the food wonderful but the place is family owned. This family is the friendliest team in town. They have always had smiles on their faces when we have been in. Dining area is small...so allow yourself some time to be seated during the rush hours. Don't let the parking lot full of vehicles fool you, usually there will be available tables. This is because many of the locals will be sharing tables. Heck they may even share a story or two with you.More

Very delicious, succulent breakfast.. bacon was perfect, biscuits and gravy were amazing, pancakes were fluffy and heavenly. Chicken Fried steak was amazing and not soggy. Service was impeccable. First time there, definitely not the last. Thankyou Regios!!

We go there every time we’re in Central Oregon. Their breakfasts, served all day, are the best in the area and lunches are no slouch, either. It’s run by a Latino family and they are always so welcoming and friendly. Don’t let the outside appearance...fool you. This is a can’t miss.More

I was very impressed with my first stop at this cafe...The breakfasts that we had were great...I had the chorizo scrambled eggs with hash browns...definitely flavorful and yummy. My husband had the shredded beef scrambled eggs and was very satisfied...this is not a fancy place...at all...but clean and great service...family run...More

The portions are large enough to split between two people but everything is cooked so well that you may just want to eat it all by yourself. Omelet, breakfast burritos, and enchiladas were all delicious.

This is a great place to eat a yummy breakfast and the prices are reasonable. I love their scrambled egg choices and their homemade bread.

I had Regio's breakfast burrito with the chorizo. Delicious! It was huge, I had enough for 2 other meals. The salsa is tasty with a bit of a zip. Definitely worth a return visit.

This was our second choice for breakfast in Redmond, since our first destination was closed for the Memorial Day Weekend. The food was delicious, with large tasty portions. Joy had their steak and eggs, and I had Huevos rancheros -- with some fresh spicy salsa...on the top. The staff were very friendly and attentive, joking with the patrons. There were lots of various sized sombreros decorating the walls.More

I’ve been looking for a good diner breakfast in the area since I moved here. (Black Bear Diner just doesn’t do it...) This place is wonderful. Carlos waited on us and it was a true pleasure and a great breakfast. We really really liked the...green sauce on “Carlos’ Special.”More

We saw local old guys hanging out in Regio's as we drove by- that's a good sign. I've been wanting Machaca, sometimes hard to find, and they have it. It was good, though I must say I asked the waiter to tell the cook I...want the machaca shredded meat hard-crispy not mushy, and it came a little too soft. The hash browns I sent back to be browned. One guy in the kitchen this morning probably doing his best to get the orders out. They actually have fresh-squeezed OJ here. We drank about a quart between us. My husband got the steak and eggs and was very happy with it. Wonderful cozy contented friendly atmosphere, nothing like a franchise coffee shop. So glad we chose this placeMore

This is a great place to get good authentic Mexican and American food - quick, delicious and economical, with great Mexican atmosphere. (But Carlos, the co-owner, may be the cafe's biggest asset.) We loved it. Sorry we don't live in Oregon.

Such a small little place but highly recommended on Trip Advisor so we stopped for a quick bite at 2pm. My husband ordered Mexican Stew, it was delicious and a very generous serving, took half home. The owners are warm and friendly, introduced us to...his family and asked us about our children. What a cultural experience we have had in Central Oregon, everyone has been more and accepting. Just about ready to relocate.!More
