Haven't been to Brickhouse in Redmond for the past year due to Covid. Finally returned to our place at Eagle Crest and booked a reservation. Brickhouse has always been great however they have stepped up their game. Filets were spot on. Scallops....I have never had...better. Service was extraordinary. I watched various staff and it was like a well orchestrated dance. We were beyond impressed. Just the right experience needed at such a time as this. We won't be back for several weeks so book your reservations.....Kudos to the Team Brickhouse.More

They have adapted the interior space by suspending glass walls between the tables. it is ingenious and probably very expensive. The wine list is one of the best in OR and very reasonably priced. The food is comfortably good and not at all over the...top. Prices are reasonable and it is by far the best spot in Redmond for quality dining.More

We made a reservation, left on answering machine, at 3 pm the Brickhouse called us back and we confirmed. We showed up at 6 o’clock on the dot and the young man at the door couldn’t find our reservation. Worse yet he had an attitude,...and in my opinion was rude. I would have thought he would have offered an alternative, made some effort to work us in later, but he made no effort in any way except to indicate the door. We won’t be giving this establishment a second chance. Avoid it.More

Came in to have a night cap on Valentines Night. Haven’t been to Brickhouse in years and now we remember why!! The Guy Bartender is SO Rude!!! Never in our times out at a Bar has a Bartender come to our “Open” table with about...6 or 8 other people sitting at table..... To tell my Husband to basically to “Keep it Down” !?! What the heck, we were just there about an hour..... Maybe it was the other 6 or 8 people that had been eating & drinking there for hours, that were loud........ Never again! Really ruined our 40th Valentines!!!!More

The food was delicious. The service a little pokey. The wine glass barely had more than a few sips in it. For the money drink was overpriced. Food was good enough for the price. A little spend for my budget but will go back when...possible.More

We are regulars at Brickhouse going there probably every other month - so you wonder why only four stars? The food is good. The service is good to great. I removed a star mainly because the menu almost never changes, including the special. If you...want a good steak and seafood dinner, with all the ambiance that you expect for a nice occasion, they deliver. If you are a foodie hoping to be blown away, this is not going to do it. In short, nice night out but not mind blowing.More

Osso Bucco was delish. Surf and turf my GF had was not great. Prices were EXPENSIVE for what you got. $115 with no liquor or wine for two.

We're back at Eagle Crest Resort near Bend, OR. Our 4th or 5th stay at this really comfortable get-away resort. Many people traipse all the way to Bend to dine out when just a few miles away (10 minutes) Redmond offers some of the best...meals and dining experiences anywhere. We dine at The Brickhouse Restaurant in Redmond every trip. It's been two years since we have visited and figured, it's Monday evening about 6pm we shouldn't need reservations. To our surprise the restaurant was bustling with business, full bar, almost (thankfully) full dining area ans we squeaked in with no reservations. Seated, we immediately ordered our Absolute Martinis up, olive as the warm bed arrived. The martinis are large with a hint of ice slivers floating, and dry as ordered. We asked our server Natasha how the tomatoes were since we thought about the Caprese salad, she said she'd check with the kitchen. Tomatoes were not a problem, basil was, we ordered the Caesar instead. We split the 10oz. Filet Mignon and with the salad it was morte than enough. The baked potato was large and with butter and sour cream was a great treat. Broccoli and brazed fingerling carrots were included. In a historic old brick building (check the plaque outside) the ambiance is wonderful, You can carry on a conversation with no problem and enjoy the 'buzz' of a busy restaurant to boot. The whole crew makes dining fun and you feel as if you're a regular. Who says you can't go back to a wonderful restaurant and not still be amazed at how good it is. BTW they have a sister restaurant in Bend at the Mill, if you just have to go that far. The Brickhouse in Redmond is closer, to our hearts. Try it.More
