Went to a group dinner prior to a symphony. Had a very good appetizer and main course. All others at the table were enjoying the meal as well. A bit spendy, but worth it.

The Swank restaurant and Swine bar in the Paramount hotel are classic examples of Portland nightlife and fare. Trendy but slack. Upscale but down home. You can drink moonshine at Swine and eat locally sourced delicacies at Swank. Friendly service and patrons.

Terrific meal - heirloom tomatoes and halibut cooked perfectly with delicious sauces and flavors. The service was excellent and presentation was picture worthy. Seating is booths and tables - room can be noisy when large tables in center are filled..
