What a gem thanks to the hotel recommendation. Classic old Portland interior with quite a story for both the ownership and building. Our brunch was out of this world. The Lox especially. You must go if you're visiting Portland.

Stopped her looking for a pastry or something quick. Close to Hi-lo hotel. No pastries but sat at bar and shared an amazing frittata and fruit. Service quick. Beautiful atmosphere. A line out the door when we left.

You should be fine. You'll miss the morning breakfast rush and beat the early lunch crowd. Like I said, the Bloody Mary's are great! Enjoy and have a blessed Christmas!
