Great meal along the Columbia River. I would recommend sitting outside if possible and weather permitting. Very family friendly and fresh seafood options.

Had the Steelhead, and it was absolutely wonderful. The white chocolate cake is to die for. The view of the Columbia is outstanding and the service was spot on.
I read that this was a bucket list place in Portland. I had a few hours in the airport, so I took an uber over to Salty's. I was disappointed that on Saturday afternoon, all they were offering was a $42 brunch buffet. Over priced. Over rated.
We sat on the first floor with a nice view of the river. Our server was helpful and attentive. I had the fisherman's stew and my wife had salmon, both very good if a bit overpriced. On the whole we enjoyed it and would go back.
Salty's was hopping last Friday night. It was too hot to sit outside, but we had a fun table upstairs by the music. The atmosphere was fun and the views were great. Our service was fantastic. Now to the sad part. All three of us had terrible dinners. The seafood chowder was cold and too thick with flour. The cioppino... More
My husband and I had lunch at Salty's. We sat out on the balcony, which was very enjoyable and a great view of the river. I had a delicious shrimp and crab louie salad. My husband had the halibut fish tacos and said they were great! Service was good. Other comments were about it being pricy, but we felt it... More
Had dinner at Saltys, they provide valet parking which is complementary. Public parking is very limited along the Columbia river. You need to reserve a table. Staff is very kind and helpful. Food is great, prices in the upper level, but ok for the nice location along the river. The Menue has it all, also for the not so big... More
Recommended by a seat mate on our flight to Portland. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our meals were very good but I feel overpriced. Dungeness crab was $70 with a side of grilled asparagus. My wife had the halibut and enjoyed it very much, but the piece was rather small for $40. Would I recommend Salty's? Probably.
Celebrated hubby's birthday tonight at Salty's ~ our first & likely last visit. The view is spectacular, service friendly and attentive. But the food is "just ok" & the price points way too high for the quality. I had a simple fish dish (about 3x3" square) that ran $40. What came with the entree? 1/2 baby carrot sliced thin &... More
