My son visited us from New York City. We wanted to treat him to the Northwest cuisine. Wow!! We all had (my wife, son, and I) order the five course dinner, with wine pairing. The chef selected each dish. When asked if we had any dietary restrictions, my wife said she couldn't eat coconut (no problem), preferred no cream like... More

We ate at Paley's Place last night and had an interesting evening. The menu does not have what you would call standard fare, being much more creative. The amuse bouche starter was an apple bisque shooter, which was quite good. The special soup of the night was a fennel bisque, which seemed to lack depth of flavor. On the other... More

Even from the initial call for a reservation we knew this was the right dining place for us. Rare to find this kind of vintage home with a charming porch in most urban settings at it really set the tone. Homey yet almost Scandinavian modern inside. The hostess had a terrific engaging personality and set us up for a terrific,... More

The ambiance is nice, in what looks like a residential house converted to a restaurant. The food was delicious, as were the fun cocktails. The foie gras was wonderful. Service was also excellent. Definitely worth a visit!

If you've never been, you have to go and you'll keep going back. Guaranteed. What a lovely gem I found. Exceptional service and attentiveness by all staff. It is popular Ana busy so if you are a big group, I would highly recommend booking. The spots at the bar are amazing.....I made such awesome friends. Blake behind the bar is... More

Wife and I came here for a date night. We were greeted by the friendly owner upon entering. The restaurant is not very big and the decor is somewhat modern. Lighting is just right to give you a romantic feel. Service was very good and not rushed so you can enjoy your meal. Food was very good. Can't go wrong... More

Decided on Paley's after trying out the Imperial a few months ago. Imperial was nothing stellar do thought we would try a more private and seasonal menu. Butternut squash soup was delicious. Main course of salmon was average. Nothing memorable although fish was cooked well. Full portion size I feel was small given the price tag. Dessert of crepe suzette... More

We had jet-lagged guests just arrived from China who wanted a light meal so we tried Paley's Place for Happy Hour. It was superb. The same innovative cuisine that distinguishes this restaurant but at Happy Hour prices which makes it 'Mid-range'. Good prices on drinks, too.

This is a very nice, quaint restaurant located in what looked like a really old but well-kept house. Our dinner party included ten people, and the staff did a great job taking care of us. The cuisine was more of an up-scale French influence that is a bit pricey, but the overall experience was quite good!

Stopped in here on a Thursday night with no reservation and the hostess was very nice and got us a table. Food was interesting, exciting and absolutely delicious. Tried a couple of the dumpling dishes, brussel sprouts, rissoto, cod and pork belly. All were on point. Service was really good and staff very knowledgeable.
