I feel like toast and pho gets overlooked and it shouldn't. I've been a regular here for a couple years now and I almost always enjoy my experience greatly. The pho is great and if you haven't tried a Vietnamese pancake, you definitely should! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I try to reserve that... More

Cannot understand why there aren't more pho or Ramen shops in Portland, seems so perfect with the weather. This place is pretty legit, real deal Viet place. Mom and pop type of place. Pho soup was excellent. Wish the P8 special had more tendon but otherwise delicious. Wife's P0 had a good clean taste. Would definitely return.

We were looking for place to eat and was recommended by a hotel staff to Toast and Pho. TP locates on the street level under a strip mall. Parking either on street or under cover parking with plenty of spaces. The staff is very friendly and spoke Vietnamese with me. The place is spacious and brightly lighted with indoor light... More

I live in Portland and we go here all the time. As much as possible, in fact. Really well-executed pho broth and meat, onion, herb additions. Truly top notch bun noodle salad also. I'd say the best I've had in Portland, and I've tried them all over town. Granted, I do have a secret very favorite pho place, but Toast... More

As I sat here eating my delicious pho I read how, due to market forces, so many mom and pops have disappeared in NYC and other cities. It makes me appreciate places like this all the more. It's not for the 1% and tourists would probably favor Pei Wei over Toast and Pho. And that's why this place is perfect.... More

Toast and Pho has been here a long time, and very glad we found it. Took the car in for service nearby--and stopped in for a bite to eat. Started with the Vietnamese iced coffee--so good. Salad rolls were very good--fresh and soft--lots of "stuffing". Also tried the seafood pho. Big bowl, good sides to add to soup. We split... More

We found this under the edge of a strip mall off burnside ave. we had some chicken and noodles. Served piping hot with the perfect spice. The owner, Titi, said they no longer do breakfast but will have Vietnamese sandwiches starting in July '15. I can't wait to try them. Makes me hungry just writing this.

I am glad we stumbled upon this treasure. It is somewhat hidden away with an entrance in a garage but it is worth finding. The bun had fresh vegetables with a different variety than I have normally had. The sauteed onions and crispy garlic chips stepped the taste up a notch. The service was excellent as well.

The owner is a sweet woman who seems overjoyed to see you. The place is cute with many decorations and huge fish tank in the dining room. It's conveniently located by OMG the food!!! I had the Pho and fried rolls and couldn't stop eating until I was ready to burst. I ate there twice.
