Lots of noodle options. Nothing really struck us as outstanding. The noodles were very thick and a bit doughy. Overall the food was a bit stodgy and heavy. Service was prompt and while crowded, we were seated fairly quickly.

Unfortunately, we didn't love the service or the noodles at Frank's. We were really looking forward to our meal here but it was not what we had hoped. The noodles didn't have good flavor, our dishes were a bit bland. I'm glad so many other...More

Sauce thick & salty. Beans undercooked. Noodles would be best in a broth, too doughy as a side. Timing on ingredients just seemed off. Service was excellent though. And the flavors hinted at getting it right. Maybe I was there and had a new cook?

Frank's Noodle House was awesome. The noodles are made daily and the broth and other ingredients used made this noodle bowl one of the best. If you're in Portland go say hi to Frank and try his noodle soup!

After watching Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, we picked up food to go from Frank's. Our choices were a noodle dish with chicken and Cashew Chicken. Both were fantastic. We will be going to the Beaverton location to eat at the restaurant soon.
