Had our first proper lunch in PDX and it didn’t disappoint. Ordered the Kelsey (w pesto), Gabby (3 cheese), Slim Kid (regular grilled cheese) and Hot Brie (w tomato and red bell peppers). Overall, the different sandwiches were prepared well—flavors are well balanced and grilled...More

The place is all about grilled cheese and it is good! You can eat in a school bus if you like or outside tables too. The chips are a bit on the pepper spicy side. Tomato soup is very good. It's a food truck so...More

Now a days there are many different versions of the Grilled Cheese. It was awesome to actually taste the child hood version amongst the thousands of options.

I like the Little Cheezus hamburger sandwich here. It’s basically a grilled cheese sandwich with a hamburger patty in the middle of it. It’s simple and good.

The Cheesus is amazing. Perfectly toasted toast, lots of cheese and a burger patty. You can't go wrong with that. And eating in a school bus, which does have heat in the winter -- is a nice perk too. Super friendly staff.

Perfectly made, perfectly paired and perfectly grilled. Delicious. Decadent. Creamy. I'd go back to Portland just for...More

Yes, they do! They had a fine gluten free bread. This place is simple, but oh so unique! Of all the delicious food we ate in Portland, this meal was the most memorable because it was a blast to the past with a twist!
