I'm not super sold on sweets for breakfast but I had a religious experience with my apple sausage, cheese and country gravy waffle this morning. Hands down one of my favorite breakfasts in the world..

Wife was not impressed, but I was and will trump her for this one. Amazing sweet huckleberry waffle with whipped cream. 3 B's was okay, savory. Oregon chai latte was delish. Institution for a reason.

Consistently tasty with great service. The chicken and gravy waffle is on special, get it before it is gone!. Lightly breaded with the savory gravy and sweet wake is fantastic. All the classics still popular with the family, for a good reason. Tasty.

Excellent selection of sweet and savory waffles. Reasonably priced. We had 4 different ones and they were all excellent. There's outside seating under a tent. Great place to take the kids.

Waffle Window was a perfect part of our Portland experience. The staff was very accommodating in creating my waffle request (waffle with strawberries and whipped cream). My son had the waffle with bacon. Liege waffles are yummy yeasty, crispy creations. They are serious about the Window aspect of their restaurant- all orders are placed at the window even if you... Came here based on a review from yelp that this is the best breakfast on Hawthorne. I was coming from out of town and heard that brunch in Portland is a cultural experience so when I found this place I was eager to try it. I had something else in mind, more of a sit down brunch experience but what... More

Who knew they serve two flavors of mimosas? Teenage boys each ordered the "Olympian Breakfast" waffle. It was certainly that - colossal! Chocolate dipped waffle was decadent. The "3 B" was savory deliciousness (bacon, Brie, and basil). Three people was just about $22 (three waffles, orange juice, and a mimosa). Seating was limited.

Get the basic walking waffle, great while wandering Hawthorne. I was reintroduced to these in Amsterdam and Belgium. Yum!

Walk up to window order your stuff then eat outside or in a communal dinning area. My wife and I are from the Detroit area and when we visit our daughter and... More

Sweet or savory? Breakfast, lunch or sweet snack?? This has it all through a window. I opted for savory breakfast and got the Rise & Shine: Waffle with fried egg, chicken apple sausage, cheese and sausage gravy!!! It was awesome!!! My friend chose sweet and got Nutella & Fresh Banana. YUMMY!!!! They have a covered area with picnic tables so... More
