I've been dining here for over 17 years. The food is great, friendly service, and on occasion they have live music on the weekends. (That may have been a few years back now) When you open the menu you'll find one page of food and several pages of adult beverages. It's a well-rounded selection, check it out. Cheers!

We went here twice during our stay in Portland. The first time we went we had some simple and inexpensive pub grub that was super tasty and filling. The next time we went during live music that was on during the week. There was a great, lively and laid back atmosphere there that we found in no other bar in... More

I must admit, I always get the Fish and Chips here. I don't know how their other food is, but the fish and chips rock. Usually a half-order (two pieces) is enough for me, thanks to the pile of delicious french fries used as a foundation. I used to be a fry cook, so I can tell they go to... More

Absolutely top-notch service and very very reasonable prices. Fun, eclectic atmosphere that kept us far longer than planned. Sit at bar and if you have the good fortune of having Katie serve you settle in

very typical local pub. Lots of locals. They had no local brews... kind of odd. Food was good - typical pub fare. Very good service

The night I visited this place it was surprisingly busy, especially for a weeknight, but the food and service were outstanding. My table of 3.5 (one person arrived late) ordered a ton of food, including bangers and mash, and it was all super tasty and relatively quick, even for being busy. The server was more than accommodating, especially considering we... More

Very nice neighborhood British style Pub. Reminds me of many Pubs I have been to in England overs the years. They have quite a few beers on tap and many more in bottles/cans. I tried one of the specials, a Boneyard, and it was very good. While they don't advertise as a family friendly place, young kids are welcome. The... More

This is a great, old school pub. Good service and good drinks, can't go wrong here. Lots of old wood on the bar and a some dart boards in the back gives this place a great feel. Easy place to just hang out and relax. Will come back again when I am in this area of town. You should come... More

The dart boards are plenty. On a busy night.... share. The food is good and the beers are perfect. (especially if you like Guinness) The parking is around the neighborhood, but there is plenty of free parking. In the summer the side yard is nice... except when it's 100°.... so stay closer to the bar.

I have always enjoyed this place. Food is cooked when you order, so don't expect fast food. I've been in here many different times. Sometimes I like to come in, get a pint, and sit down with some reading or writing and just absorb the atmosphere. Tons of beer on tap, traditional British pub fare food, just a lot of... More
