Had a small group of 8 people and decided to go for Mexican. Nothing was bad, but you can find better Mexican food at less expensive places in town. Nice atmosphere and very friendly. I have just had better Mexican food at other places.
We finished our tour of downtown Oregon City with dinner at Mesa Fresca.
Our group sampled all over the menu and all items were good. My wife even had breakfast for dinner and said her waffles were great.

Food has Peruvian, Brazilian and Mexican food. All very reasonably priced. Bar has a small selection, alot of drinks you cant have. (Or should I say outs) for example no light beers, no non-alcoholic beers and cannot get blended margaritas. Salsa's are fantastic, fajitas excellent...More
My friends and I needed a place to eat after antique shopping and site seeing. Mesa Fresca was delicious and delightful. We enjoyed the Latin American food. The Tortilla soup I ordered filling and yummy! So was the margarita! My friend ordered the Poppers and...More
This place has a combination of Mexican, Peruvian and American dishes. Some good Choices include the Seafood Pasta, Fajita Tacos, Pollo Asada, and most of the Margaritas. Servers are friendly and helpful always.

Enjoyable dinner at a fun downtown area. The Mrs. had a handcrafted Margarita with fish tacos. Her comment "best I've had". I had their Chaufa. Nice treat not spicy but lots of flavor. We will definitely return. Service was excellent.
The food was delicious. Definitely a few notches above the tired and worn Tex-Mex food that most other places serve. I had the Camaron al Mojo de Ajo and it was excellent. My girlfriend had veggie fajitas and they were very flavorful. The Margaritas were...More
