Overpriced bar food. Left hungry. Small portions. Grilled salmon was bland. Prime rib was under cooked. Twice baked potato was tiny. Veggies were average. Clam chowder tasted good, but lacked clams and potatoes. Do not recommend.

A for real steakhouse of the roadhouse version kinda basic, but a terrific bargain on steak night! Could use some variety among vegetables. In my opinion every steakhouse must offer creamed spinach.

Looking for a place that's rustic, cozy, and no frills.Leave you ties at home because this is your place. If you don't set you expectations too high you might be suprised. The food here was overall good. I had a steak and my wife had fish. Both meals were good (not great) but good enough to stop the hunger on a rainy Friday night.... More

I've been in here a couple of times for lunch & dinner. I am always amazed at the quantity of food you get for the price. Great bang for your buck. And the food's good too!

My brother and I are on a fishing vacation in Newport and Depoe Bay, Oregon. Stopped at Szabo's basically because we have been looking at fish and crabs all day on the boat. We tried Szabo's and found the menu had quite a variety and good sounding dishes. I had the Ribeye because I am basically a carnivore. My brother... More

Good food and great staff! My husband I had the Steak Philly. Very filling and reminds us of the kind we can get back east! Good prices too! Definitely worth the money!

A little on the spendy side but the food was good. We came on a saturday evening and it was pretty packed. The dining room was a little tight, but if we didn't mind ... we were hungry.

Based on the outside looks, we almost passed up this great place. After reading some reviews we decided to give it a go for dinner. Hubby and I both had rib eye steaks, and both were cooked perfectly. We enjoyed our dinner so much we came back on our last morning in Newport for breakfast. Hubby ordered the Italian omelet,...
