Etoufee was full of crawfish and perfectly spiced. Easy split for two with a salad. Dirty rice nicely al dente. Grits and shrimp seemed a bit heavy on the grits, but very tasty, said my friend

I may have reviewed this one before but it deserves some new and fresh comments. I cant describe the incredible Creole flavors put together on this menu. You would have to be in New Orleans to get anything similar. The atmosphere is casual, the service...More

If you're looking for something different in town, this might be a good choice for you. The menu is large, food considered delicious by 7 out of 8 of us at our table (one considered it too spicy). We've gone twice now and both times...More

OMG!! Great drinks and wow, the food is awesome! Had the shrimp and grits and bonus, it has gumbo on top. My husband got the black and blue chicken pasta and would have licked his plate if his mom didn’t teach him good manners.

Great little spot. We stopped for lunch between wine tastings. The service was great and the food amazing. The menu says give 45 minutes for the jambalaya. Didn’t want to wait that long but after seeing it at the next table it would have been...More

Service is friendly and the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot. Bartender is wonderful. On Friday's it can be a little loud and definitely busy, but that doesn't seem to chnage the quality.

One more reason that McMinnville always is mentioned by the Foodies as having a great downtown selection for good eats ..... the Gem Creole Saloon. This visit I had the Oyster Po' Boy and Voodoo Fries. Yum! Fantastic atmosphere and service. The selection of Po'...More

Shrimp & Grits is a HUGE order and delicious! Steak Po'Boy absolutely melts in your mouth! No matter how great it is, save room for the fresh hot beignets! Leftovers are worth it, trust me!

We discovered Gem this summer and have gone 3 times. This place never disappoints. Amazing apps, food, and cocktails. Owland, the server and bartender makes (according to my wife) the area’s best lemon drop. Great place and quickly became one of our favorites.
