I admit that I was skeptical when we arrived at this quaint restaurant. The menu options were limited and only written on a blackboard. BUT the staff was fantastic at explain each dish and making recommendations. Definitely worth a try, even for the picky eaters!

What a lovely find in McMinnville. The food offered by Thistle is absolutely delicious, very well executed, and it is a charming place. Menus on the chalkboard reminded us of our natal country, France. A special mention for the barman, very knowledgeable and great cocktails.
